"The band played at my daughter’s wedding reception on Saturday and really made the evening go with a swing. All the communication in the run up to the event was good – what music we were looking for, arrangements about set up, timings, etc. Musically, they are an excellent band."

"I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you all for a most memorable ceilidh at Ross and Susie’s wedding on 6th October. We have had many compliments on your ceilidh band and the dancing, and with many coming from a bunch of southerners, that is praise indeed! The calling and walk-throughs were just right and enabled anyone who wanted to, to join in. I was so pleased to see the dance floor full all night and everyone having such fun. Your playlist was very well thought out with a good array of well known dances and one or two lesser known but all good fun and not so complicated, all with tunes of a good pace. My sister came off after dancing the Cumberland Square (?) saying “That was great, I’ve always wanted to learn that one!” My knees have not recovered yet from all the dancing- but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am sure Ross and Susie will thank you themselves in due course. In the meantime I shall thank you once again. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family for a great ceilidh night."

"Jen Trott and Julia Farrants really helped us to have such a happy day . They played exactly what we asked for and were friendly and the music was really fun . I’d recommended them any day ! "

"We hired Craic With Us for our wedding in August 2019. I cannot recommend this band enough, they are absolutely incredible. Their energy is amazing and had the dance floor full for the entire day and night. We've had so much positive feedback about the band from our wedding guests...which is 100% deserved. "You were AMAZING!! Everything about you and your team was awesome. You made me feel so comfortable in communications beforehand and I wasn’t worried about a thing as a result. And I was right not to worry, as it was perfect from start to finish. The music and the 'calling' were the best I have ever come across. And the piper too was brilliant. I seriously couldn’t recommend you enough! My feedback is 100 per cent positive. A brilliant party made a million times more brilliant by you and your team! Thank you SOOO much."

"The band performed for us on Saturday 3rd at our wedding and were absolutely incredible. They were better than anything we could have imagined. Everyone commented on how great they were and there was never a moment when the dance floor was empty. They were extremely organised with the run up to the wedding. We had an acoustic duo for the drinks reception which was beautiful. Then we has the four piece band for the main part of the wedding. I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly."

"We wanted to get in touch to officially thank you for helping to make our big day even more special. Alice and I spent many evenings sitting at home ploughing through online video clips of bands and were so pleased we found Stargazers. The band lived up to our expectations and made our day even more special. Thank you to both you and Andy for playing the acoustic set while the photos were being taken. While we didn’t get to hear much of this, our guests were extremely complimentary and your music was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for bearing with us in the evening. Alice and I had an absolutely brilliant evening and really enjoyed dancing the night away. Stargazers was everything we wanted and much, much more! You were so kind with the bridesmaids and my nephew who joined in the Bandeoke. They felt so special and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our guests loved every minute of it! You played a fantastic mix of songs which got everyone up and dancing for the whole evening. We have never danced so much but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! "

"The Shooglers played at our wedding in May and they were great! They were brilliant at calling the ceilidh dances and Davie (the caller) certainly has the gift of the gab! He encouraged everyone to get up and dance and had people laughing in the process with lines like, 'the next dance is a prize dance... Prise yourselves off your seats and get up to dance!' All our guests commented on how good the band was and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - a great find! "

"Thanks once again for playing at our event. The band was brilliant and your voice was amazing. I particularly like the way you guys adapted each set to the needs of the event. Your sound engineer, Remko constantly adapted the set up and sound to make sure that it sounded great around the whole venue. Lighting and even a smoke machine (!) made the barn into a real western disco! ll in all it made for a fantastic night, Thanks you AMERICANA!!!!!"

"This band played at my mother's 70th birthday party. They were excellent. Really accommodating, enthusiastic and friendly. Nearly everyone got up and had a dance, and had great fun (even the self-proclaimed non-dancers). I couldn't recommend them more. "
