"Speechless - and that's not like me. The band were fantastic - they are the best of the best, on a par with The Dubliners. Absolutely made our evening, this will be the first band we look to for all our future events without a doubt. The Caller was great fun, all of them were a compliment to each other. Off the score board. Liz Coombes"

"Thanks again for yesterday – there was such a lovely atmosphere and the music and calling were great. Someone commented on it being ‘advanced barn dancing’ Smile Lots of people said how marvellous you all were. And also I really appreciated Ray’s (or is it Roy – sorry, forgotten) changes to the words to accommodate the range of dancers and couples and reducing the gender specificity – it felt much more accessible to me and there were also comments from others saying how much they appreciated being able to dance as two people and not be concerned about who was who or ‘dancing as’ etc."

"Debi Hall was amazing! It turned our Fourth of July celebration into a slice of Southern Comfort. I felt like I was back in Tennessee with my family. We will definitely be hiring her again."

"We want to say a big thank you to Platinum Band for their energy and enthusiasm at our wedding in August. One of the first weddings after the lockdown restrictions had fully eased and you could tell they were so excited to be back playing. We received so many compliments from guests on what a great band they were (we had gold republic). They sounded slick and polished; they really delivered a spectacular set. Thank you again for being part of our special day!"

"Thank you so much again for last night, everyone had a blast and Simon and I couldn't be happier! You were so good at gauging when to play what, and getting people back on the dance floor over and over again! A lot of the guests had never danced a ceilidh (as it was obvious! ?) and you managed to keep everybody on track, well done! "

"After a decade or so in London, he has lost none of his native musical ability on accordion or as a bel canto tenor. The duo's irreverence, including introducing Harrison's virtuoso violin flourishes as if playing at the Queen Vic, and sundry comic turns, help give their musical sketches a real sense of pace. Yet for all their larking around, when the music demands gravitas and expression, it's there in spades."

"We booked the guys to play their part in our party themed on New York in the late 50s ( like West Side Story). The perfect choice as it turned out. They even worked a couple of new songs into their set. Would see them again when playing one of their more regular gigs in town. Highly recommended!"

"All ages were able to take part" "Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band performed at The Walker Ground in Southgate for a Charity Fundraiser and the night was a great success (Saturday 11th March 2023 Southgate Cricket, Hockey & Squash Rackets Club, 175 Waterfall Road, Southgate, London, N14 7JZ) The caller was fab and engaged with the crowd to get everyone up and dancing. People of all ages were able to take part and were delighted with the live music. There was great communication with Mick before, during and after the event itself. We would highly recommend Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band and look forward to having them at events at The Walker Ground in future...." "...Hi Mick, I just wanted to email to say thanks for the event here on Saturday night. It was so much fun and I am delighted with how the night went. Hopefully you all enjoyed it too !
