"Dave and Rich were a brilliant addition to our wedding, playing their great folky versions of classic songs during the drinks reception between our ceremony and dinner. They hit just the right note of excellent quality and vibes but without being overly showy or intrusive. It was just what we wanted. They were also just a great couple of guys, super flexible with timings, and kind enough to rescue our ceremony by lending a microphone, mere minutes before it started. Highly recommend them!"

"We cannot thank Blue Jewel enough for giving us such a fun-filled, memorable evening. The four-piece band were excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of music. The blessing dance was a real favourite! The caller was fantastic at encouraging and directing everybody on the dance floor. So many of our friends and family commented on how wonderful the ceilidh was. We would highly recommend Blue Jewel to anyone in need of talented, enthusiastic and friendly band. Thank you once again for making our wedding reception the happiest of occasions."

"The Shooglers were one of the best Ceilidh Bands I have had the pleasure of attending. They were amazing, the performance on the night was great, they were able to gauge the crowd and manage to keep all involved. The communication and assistance with regard the first dance was excellent. Honesty was great with regards what they could and couldn't play as a first dance. Honestly one of the best bands. Would recommend them to anyone. Did themselves proud as it is a tough thing to do to trust a band with your wedding, but they were amazing."

"Excellent service from ‘last minute musicians ‘ very friendly and efficient. Expensive service however! Our band ‘Northern Ceilidh’ were excellent too, a superb range of music and dances all ‘called’ clearly and sympathetically particularly with our varied group. I would certainly book them again no hesitations. Thank you all very much."

"We booked Lilac and Ben from Barn With Us to perform at our western-themed corporate fun day last week. They were fantastic! Professional, friendly, and incredibly talented, Lilac and Ben had our team of 60 cowfolk on their feet, singing and line dancing (well, attempting to line dance). Sound With Us made our event memorable, and we would not hesitate to book them again! "

"I recently had the privilege of Danny playing piano at my wedding reception. He was an pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. His range of material is excellent, with a voice that could charm the birds from the trees. I expected simple backing music whist my guests enjoyed a drinks reception but got so much more than I ever could've expected, he even took the time to learn new material to make our day even more special. I'd highly recommend Danny for any event, he's not only a gifted musician but an absolute gentleman."

"We've so enjoyed having Blackbeard's Tea Party along at our events that they're now our "go to" band every time we have a ceilidh. They bring energy, musical talent and a sense of fun every time they play. Our ceilidh events are always a success, and that's mainly down to this great group of musicians. If you want a lively "proper" ceilidh band, then look no further than Blackbeard's Tea Party."

"The band were excellent lots of my friends commented how much they enjoyed them. They were very flexible and played two additional sets that helped create an atmosphere that my friends did not want to leave. The band had everyone dancing from the first song to the last one four hours later."

"Hi Davie,Hope you and the guys got home safely last night.Davie, what can I say, you guys are the most amazing team, the whole night was absolutely fantastic, couldn't have asked for anything better. Only problem was I ran out of shoogleness and had to get a breather and realised I was missing more while I was outside, what a bummer!
