"What a fabulous evening! 120 adults and kids packed into the village hall having the best family fun time attempting to Barn Dance the evening away with Ben leading us all on a charge round the floor! Brilliant musicians, excellent instruction and fantastic humour. We would all recommend The Shamrock Experience for your Barn Dance or Ceilidh, simply superb!"

"Hi Steve, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the party on Saturday night, it went down a storm! My wife loved it (she's the important one, as it was her surprise party), and so did everybody else! Even the couple of teenagers that were there joined in! It literally was 8 to 80 years old's, although in didn't notice my mother in law dancing (she has had both hips replaced). I thoroughly recommend 'Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band' and will pass on your details to anybody looking for entertainment! Thanks again! Kevin "

"Thank you so much for an incredible night, everyone had such a good time. The whole experience from first booking the band to the last dance went so easy and without a hitch. I would have listened to the music more but spent far too much time laughing!! Thank you again, I would recommend the band (Two Left Feet) and caller to anyone, it was the most fun night had in ages. "Thank you Blue Jewel! We had had a fantastic wedding day which culminated in a ceilidh, not everyone's choice of course - until they experience the Blue Jewel phenomenon! You had to be very determined to NOT dance to avoid this. Kip is a brilliant caller - patient and knowledgeable. On the odd occasion when everyone was too tired to dance the band just played on anyway, the music was simply delightful in its own right. We are very lucky to have such a talented band in the west country, I would not hesitate to use these guys again- if you have an event coming up book them before they become world famous and never play locally again! Cheers Steve and the band."

"A few friends and I went to see G Celtic Folk Rock Band in Pontefract on Friday. What a fantastic talented bunch of musicians these guys are. They delivered punchy folk rock songs, which are mostly their own with a few individual interpretations of some classics throughout the night. Brilliant stuff and highly entertaining. A great venue too, and cannot wait for them to return."

"We came across Gerry from web reviews on this site. Our vision was to find an accordonist who could accompany our pre-wedding groom arrival procession playing upbeat and beat tunes. Gerry was very enthusiastic and open to our requests and a pleasure to work with. The event and music was lovely so thankyou to Gerry and his trumpet player colleague who made the day very special. "
