"Wow! We booked Unwritten Duo for my dad's 80th Birthday party and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We requested several songs which they learned for my dad as a surprise. They spoke with us beforehand to make sure their set lists and the DJ music would be to everyone's taste and were happy to take requests on the night from guests. They were both highly professional, mega talented and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be booking them for future family gatherings. 10/10"

"We had a great night. They certainly made us exercise and it was sooooo hot! Everyone really enjoyed themselves - there was lots of laughter. Unfortunately, it is apparent that we are quite uncoordinated!"

"Dear Lilac, I just wanted to send a thank you to you and the band for the 2 August performance. Everyone really enjoyed the music and commented on how the country band was excellent. I appreciate your learning the songs I sent over- I think you did a brilliant job. You also did a great mix of music that went really well together, we really enjoyed dancing to it. My husband said he thought you and your band made the weekend, you were his favorite and that is saying a lot considering we had 4 performances that weekend. "Big thanks to Davie, Stevie and Gordon of The Shooglers for playing at my wedding at Killearn Village Hall. They were great at talking us through the dances as half of our guests had no previous experience of ceilidh dancing. Their rocky twist is done fantastically well and they cleverly link classic rock songs into the traditional ceilidh music. We first saw them play at the ghillie dhu and so I can safely say they are very versatile with the events they play. The guys are very down to earth and easy to sort out the logistics through email. Thanks again guys, we will definitely look out for you if you play any public events again! "

"We booked Platinum for our wedding recently and we're so happy we did! The band were absolutely amazing and had such a range of songs suitable for guests of all ages. They were very professional to deal with and communication was great. Our guests never left the dancefloor and were raving about the band all evening and following few days. If you are thinking about booking them... Do it, you won't regret it."

"Mike and Jon pitched the performance perfectly for the Fleur de Lis Retirement Home’s garden party in Romsey. The American Country songs created just the right atmosphere to establish the Wild West theme. Everyone loved it – they joined in all the songs! Several residents have sent me messages to say how much they enjoyed the event. We were delighted with the performance and thoroughly recommend the band."
