"Blue Jewel Ceilidh band were absolutely brilliant! They played for our wedding and had everyone up on the dance floor all night! The music was wonderful and the calling clear and encouraging for those of us with two left feet! I also found all the communication leading up to the wedding really quick and helpful. Would recommend! "

"BM Ceilidh were excellent! They pitched it right for our inexperienced group, getting among us to ensure we were right and keeping steps fairly straight forward. Additionally, they were very good at trying to keep us on track with timings when we stopped for food as well as playing while we talked and recovered between dances"

"What a fantastic band! These lovely people played and called the ceilidh at our wedding. They made the guests feel at ease, the instructions were brilliantly clear and they were very accommodating and flexible to our requests. One of our groomsmen is a ceilidh caller and they graciously allowed him to call for a song which meant the world to us. They were communicative and helpful and even organised an exit dance for us! We were struck by their positivity and kindness and greatly appreciated their part in our special day. Thank you Storm Band! "

"A huge thanks to The Shooglers for a fantastic evening at Ross Priory for Kathryn's 50th Birthday Ceilidh. The band were fantastic and got everyone up dancing from the bairns ( The "Duracell Baby" 18-month-old Ava) to the adults (80+ year old gran) in what was a memorable night for our family and friends. The pattern was good, the ceilidh music was great and Pink Floyd's "The Wall" during A Dashing White Sergeant is STILL being talked about. Thanks for a great gig guys and would highly recommend for a booking...why would you choose anyone other than The Rockiest Ceilidh band in the World? "

"Hi Davie and the band, Now that the wedding is over and we are back from our honeymoon?, I just wanted to send you a massive thank you for the awesome night of dancing we had last weekend at our wedding at Lands of Loyal Hotel in Alyth. You have got to be the best ceilidh band I have ever heard!! The rocky and fast-paced sets were just unreal to dance to and all our Irish guests loved learning how to ceilidh dance. Such an amazing night and we really cannot thank you enough! I have dropped Chloe at Freak Music a wee email to say how fantastic you were and asked if she can put the review up on their website. "Well what can we say! Jack was absolutely fantastic arrived on time with equipment set up ready for the evening. They sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. was absolutely amazing such a talented band would love to have thwmat another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see them again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing band."

"Nessa's a great entertainer with plenty of aces up her sleeve. Her style on stage is very charming and easily accessible to all. Musically she has always pleasantly surprised me with both instrumental and vocal skill, and excellent judgement in picking songs for an audience!"

"These guys provided such an awesome ceilidh at our wedding. We had a lot of in experienced and multinational guests and the caller did an incredible job of getting everyone involved and having fun. It was a real highlight of the night for us and we can't recommend these guys enough!"

"The Blue Jewel Ceilidh band played at our rugby club on Friday 13th Feb. Although we didn't have a great turnout to the event, Steve took control of the limited numbers and was still able to make the night work. Everyone who came said how much fun they had had and can't wait for the next one. Steve's calling was clear and the music played was brilliant. I would highly recommend these guys for a fun night, no issues and Steve keeps you updated via email. Thanks Steve, Aaron and Mike for travelling so far to make our night so much fun! Leanne"

The musicianship and vocals are consistently top quality and their choice of material is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser.
