"Thank you George it was a huge success and everyone loved the ceilidh part even though it was a little chaotic that just seemed to add to the merriment! Hopefully you will come and play for us again sometime as we sometimes run charity events in the village. The whole thing went by in a blur and would love to be able to go back and slow it all down! "Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were a fantastic addition to our evening wedding celebrations. We had so much fun - from the very young to old, complete novices to experienced dancers, the band catered for us all. Steve led the band with friendliness and humour, giving clear instructions and sharing his knowledge about the dances as we went engaging those that were spectators! We would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about it for their wedding too, and thank them for adding fun and an all-age entertainment to our day!"

"It was a little daunting booking a band based on a few small clips on a website, but we knew straight away they were the right band for us. The Rampart Street Ramblers were amazing value for money, and really made our wedding special. They learnt our first dance for us, and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. Everyone commented on how wonderful and unique the band was, and the whole booking process was quick and easy. I would rebook on this site, and rebook this band without a doubt!"

"We had a great night. They certainly made us exercise and it was sooooo hot! Everyone really enjoyed themselves - there was lots of laughter. Unfortunately, it is apparent that we are quite uncoordinated!"

"Just a note to thank you so much for last Saturday. You and the band were superb! You played with such energy which got everyone including the reluctant ones onto the floor. Your caller was lovely and very good humoured and patient with us which made a big difference too. I will send over some snaps including of you addressing the haggis, which I hope you will be able to use. We’ve had brilliant feedback and made over £3,700 towards our fund …... which exceeded our expectations! Very many thanks. "

"I am writing to thank you so much for providing the amazing band, Funk With Us to perform at our Chamber Awards Thursday 18th November at Westenhanger Castle. The dance floor was full from the start of the band playing to the very last number with shouts of ‘more’ from the audience after the last one was played. Funk With Us added another level to our most successful Awards evening yet and we have had so many compliments from the guests. Every member of the band was brilliant from the 2 singers who invited the dancers to sing with them on vocals, the saxophonist mingling and the solo guitar performance, drums, bass and keys. "Charlie and his band played at my wedding on 7th October - we all had a fantastic night. Not only did they play everything perfectly they interacted with my guests and ran through how to do each dance. If you are looking for a ceilidh band look no further Iron Broo are perfect."

"Had Whisky & Ginger for our wedding band and they took care of music for the whole day, from ceremony right up to the end of the night and it was perfect. Such great song choices from beginning to end, and they pitched the mood exactly how I dreamed it. Thank you so much and hope to see you live again soon!"

"Thanks so much for last Saturday - the band were fantastic and the caller was so lovely in the way she gently got so many people involved - particularly loved the way she drew the Children in ! You managed to get several people dancing who had never danced at a barn dance before and one person said ' I never dance at weddings , but this seemed so friendly and fun I thought I'd have a go - particularly when I saw their name was two left feet cos that's me!' You created just the atmosphere we were hoping for and we also had several comments about how good the musicians were - and that came from people who are accomplished musicians themselves. So many thanks to all the band! "
