"What a fabulous night of fun, laughter and dancing (lots of dancing) F.O.B. Band gave us this weekend for a joint 60th birthday party. The music was superb and Ollie's calling had everyone up and dancing all evening. Highly recommended!"

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"The Ceilihouse recently played at our wedding reception and it was amazing. All our guests commented on what an atmosphere they created and how superb they were. Thank you guys for making our special day even more special. Would recommend to anyone to book these guys for their event as they are amazing. Chris was quick to respond to any queries we had and really made us feel at ease with the whole process of booking. Three amazing guys and we can’t thank Chris, Paddy or Gordon enough."

"Hi Helen You have recently played at our wedding. I just wanted to send a quick message to thank you for your amazing performance. Both my partner and I haven’t quite been able to get over how brilliant you guys were. We have had floods of messages from guests, the venue and our external suppliers (DJ, photographers and photo booth) saying how amazing you were, with the photo booth attendant showing me his goosebumps whilst you played! "Black Velvet Band Irish Band were excellent and really added to our Irish themed evening. Lots of very traditional music. The guys were very flexible and last minute added in a Ceili set without prior knowledge which was appreciated by all and added to the fun of the evening. Very highly recommended."

"No matter who we speak to that was at our wedding evening party, ALL of them say the band was amazing and we wholeheartedly agree! Possibly the best ceilidh band I've heard, topped off with really clear, friendly instruction (which can make or break this sort of thing)! Even those who aren't so inclined to dancing loved it so I can't think of a better way to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves. The guys were really helpful to deal with and the best priced as well so I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much for making the evening such a success chaps!"

"Remko and Lilac plus support organised a great evening of line dancing for 80 teenagers. After some initial reluctance they were soon tapping away and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. After a pizza break they then chilled to the sounds of the band. Thank you very much indeed and we will certainly be inviting the Band back."
