"We went along to the album launch. It was a fantastic evening. Her songs are catchy and extremely well written with either acoustic guitar or whole band accompaniment. Rachel has a very versatile voice and she can sing a variety of styles. She also does covers and has an enormous number of songs in her sets. Something to suit every age group and occasion, from weddings and birthday parties to restaurants and bars. An exceptional artist! "

"Big thanks to Davie, Stevie and Gordon of The Shooglers for playing at my wedding at Killearn Village Hall. They were great at talking us through the dances as half of our guests had no previous experience of ceilidh dancing. Their rocky twist is done fantastically well and they cleverly link classic rock songs into the traditional ceilidh music. We first saw them play at the ghillie dhu and so I can safely say they are very versatile with the events they play. The guys are very down to earth and easy to sort out the logistics through email. Thanks again guys, we will definitely look out for you if you play any public events again! "

"Would highly recommend them" Wraggle taggle were great (9th September 2023* Saturday Ruskin House, 23 Coombe Rd, Croydon CR0 1BD}. The communication from the band leader was fantastic from the very beginning. They arrived on time and were very flexible considering the extreme heat on the day of our wedding. They are fantastic, talented musicians and all our guests were raving about them! Would highly recommend them for your event Eleanor Keane 18th September 2023"

Barry was brilliant and pitched his instructions at the right level for us amateurs - the perfect mix of assertive and entertaining! ? The music provided by The Ceilihouse was superb - you are a very talented bunch and I won’t hesitate to recommend your services. It should also be noted that Chris was excellent from our first contact. He alleviated my worries, tried hard to accommodate my late requests and quickly replied to all my messages! "The band set up according to the plan that had been agreed and once the music got underway, the dance floor was packed for the whole night. Some of our guests had never been to this type of evening before and all we had back was extremely positive comments about the band and of the whole evening, which was to celebrate our daughter’s 30th Birthday. The band was an integral part of the night and made the night go with a swing. Well worth the 5***** GEOFF WARNER"

"Dear Davie and all the band, just to say the very biggest of thank you for Saturday night - you were just brilliant, everything and more that we could have wanted from our wedding band, and we have had so many comments and compliments from everyone who was there about you - I have a feeling many of them will remember when organising their future events as you guys just take ceilidh to a whole new level. We had an absolute ball reeling our way round, especially for 'Another Brick in the Dashing White Sergeant', and the Cumberland reel was utterly Epic - not one we had in fact danced before but definitely the best of the night!! And had so much fun with the rock side - all the family were up and going for their favourites. Hope you had fun and managed to squeeze in a bacon roll and some cake - and a beer or two!!
