"Black Velvet Band Irish Duo – Anniversary Party – April 2025 Very talented musicians, accommodating in choosing the music. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed the evening. A number of people have asked me who the band was for potential future bookings – I think that speaks for itself. Based on their performance and what people told me after the gig, I’m sure it won’t be their last visit to Malvern!"

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio were a fantastic edition to our Burns Night celebrations. From communicating before the event to the actual day, the group were professional and easy to reach. They also went above and beyond what their initial brief by ed by agreeing to toast the haggis – which was met with cheers - and taking suggestions from the crowd for different dances. By the end of the night they felt like part of the ROSL family."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio / Georgia's Wedding Ceilidh / October 2024 It was so much fun to have the trio along and they were so clear with their instructions that even the French at our wedding could follow along. Mike’s communication was superb and at one point extremely helpful by replying quickly with a key document, as we dealt with a problem with our venue. Thank you all."

"Had a great time with the band at our wedding, there was a great mix throughout and all the guests found something they liked in the music including the Irish parts added. Asked for the 6 piece band as well with male and female vocals which added variation and fiddle players provide that little extra. Thanks Steve, Geoff and the team ! "Sounds with Us we’re absolutely phenomenal at our wedding! Everything was perfect, the lead up we had multiple chats and they got to know us, find out our music taste then the day was just brilliant. Lilac did a solo set which was wonderful and the band kept the dance floor going followed with Remko keeping the floor fillers with his awesome DJ skills. Would recommend them to anyone for any occasion! Thank you guys ?"

"I can't thank Kelly and Graham enough for making our party such a fabulous event. Everyone was talking about it the next day and saying what a great time they had. We even threw some song requests in last minute and they did a tremendous job. We can't recommend them highly enough. Grahams guitar playing is just WOW! First choice for any future events. "We would highly recommend Rhiannon. She kicked off our mini festival with a bang, singing all our favourite feel-good songs. She was a joy to work with and even sang last minute songs we requested. We are a charity who work with young adults with complex disabilities and she showed a real compassion and kindness towards them and entered the spirit of what we were doing. Everyone was really impressed by her stunning voice and loved the song choices. Hopefully we can get her to visit again in the future. Everyone at The Bevern Trust 10 stars!"

"Mike and his band played for Martin’s 60th birthday barn dance. They made it a very special night full of lovely memories. Alan was a fab caller. Navigated us through the dances with humour and laughter. Alan was extremely helpful and empathetic towards one of our guests who is blind and called dances that she could join in without making it obvious to lots of guests. Many didn’t even realise she was not sighted. We had many comments from our guests who complimented the band on the accordion player (sorry I forgot your name) Mike the fiddle player and Alan our caller. A great trio and we really recommend them! Thank you guys! "
