"Funk With Us played at our wedding this weekend and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! High energy, super helpful and just a pleasure to work with, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Lilac and Remko both spoke with us in advance to get to know us a little better and find out more about the type of music we were interested in. Lilac gave us a call in the lead up, was available via whatsapp and was just generally super helpful. On the night of our wedding the dance floor was always filled with everyone singing and dancing along and having a really great time! So, so, so pleased we booked Funk With Us, thanks for making our wedding evening so awesome! Thanks Lilac, Remko and the rest of the band!"

"We had two wonderful ladies playing Irish music and songs at a home 21st birthday party. We had the BEST time thank you, and you guys really made the party. We’ve had such fab compliments from all the youngsters who really enjoyed your tunes - a mixture of trad folk songs and modern - and absolutely loved the couple of Ceilidh dances (even after a few drinks!) which you led so well for us, super fun. Thanks to you both for making it all so special. You really are spot on with your tunes and very talented musicians and singers. I will never understand how you can play three instruments at one time and make it all sound and feel so good. AMAZING and I would recommend for any event, young or old."

"We first saw Kelly and Graham on a cruise to the Caribbean early 2023 and their nightly shows were always worth a trip to the top deck. Graham's guitar solo night was the highlight of the 43 days we spent together. Kelly's voice lends itself to any song and her bubbly personality and time for a chat make these two always watching and listening to. "

"These guys were just great and made a special birthday really special. Just loved Mike’s amazing fiddle playing. They accommodated all our requests for Irish and Scottish music and were flexible around times which was great as lunch was later than anticipated. Would highly recommend."

"Black Velvet ceilidh band played at my daughter’s wedding on Saturday. Please let them know how excellent they were, and the evening was a great success greatly helped by the excellent calling, music and dancing. I have had lots of good comments from guests and would recommend them to anybody."

"I was looking for a singer for a remembrance lunch at at a golf club, themed around 40’s and vintage music. I came across Ruby and instantly knew from her friendly manner and keenness to accommodate my requirements she was the perfect fit. Ruby didn’t disappoint, from her costumes to her big personality she had everyone singing, dancing and waving flags. I have since hired Ruby for other events such as The Jubilee and Mother’s day lunch. She is 100% reliable and will go out of her way to make your event a success. I highly recommend her."

"It Takes 2" played at our Summer BBQ on our works site on the 15th June. We had a Wild West theme and the band did one set of country and western then a second set of modern day covers. They were amazing! Everyone loved it! From the minute I contacted the band, their communication and flexibility were second to nonw. Very reasonably priced too, great value. I highly recommend this band and we will definitely use them again. Thank you!"

"Mark and his band played last night for my birthday party and they were fantastic, they quickly had everyone up on there feet, nobody wanted the night to end, we could of danced all through the night if we were allowed! Number one complaint about the night from friends today, was how there legs hurt so much today from all the dancing! Mark and his band were highly professional and there sound was fantastic, thank you so much Party Sound for making my evening so special. We would highly recommend this band to anyone and will know doubt ask them to play for us again in the future."

"Jamie sang on our special day and we couldn’t have been happier with the performance. Being extremely flexible, Jamie understood the vibe we wanted for the day and gave us that and more. I thought I would share a few samples of some of the accolades you guys received:- the band were awesome Brilliant music Everything was perfect including the music A truly fantastic band I have rarely seen such a large number of people on the dance floor having so much fun never before have we seen the dance floor packed from start to finish like that brilliant band, keep their contact details, if we ever have a function they are the band for us I can only concur with all of these sentiments.
