"Luke and the rest of the band were absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations and truly made the day extra special. Right from the music for the ceremony through to the first dances and the whole set...they were fantastic. They really looked like they were enjoying it too and their enthusiasm didn't falter even on the last song! All of our guests have commented on how good they were and how they made the night. The fact that the dance floor was always full speaks volumes and we would highly recommend Absolute for any event. A heartfelt thank you to Luke and all of the band for a truly amazing performance and for making our day extra special! "The performers were brilliant. Ours was a slightly different gig: a St Patrick's Day celebration just in our front room in a terraced house with a small (about 8 people) audience. They played without a p.a system and it was an intimate, enjoyable gig with everyone joining in with the songs. LMM were great: friendly, efficient and prompt with contracts and arrangements. I'd definitely do it again."

"I've had the tremendous good fortune to have been asked to call ceilidh dances with Kellys on numerous occasions. It's never difficult to get people up on the dance floor once Helen kicks off on the accordion, and when Steve's driving rhythm guitar comes in, coupled with Tony's pounding bodhran, the only 'problem' is getting people to sit down and have a breather between dances! And when you get Simon and John bumping it up to a 5-piece with fiddle and banjo (plus various pipes and whistles) well, all I can say is "Hold on to your socks!""

"Mike and his band played for Martin’s 60th birthday barn dance. They made it a very special night full of lovely memories. Alan was a fab caller. Navigated us through the dances with humour and laughter. Alan was extremely helpful and empathetic towards one of our guests who is blind and called dances that she could join in without making it obvious to lots of guests. Many didn’t even realise she was not sighted. We had many comments from our guests who complimented the band on the accordion player (sorry I forgot your name) Mike the fiddle player and Alan our caller. A great trio and we really recommend them! Thank you guys! "

"Kelly and Graham are absolutely fantastic, we're so pleased they joined us on our special day. They have an eclectic selection of songs in their repertoire that got everyone up and dancing. "The ceilidh went amazingly well! The dance floor was full all evening. I put it down to Eddy and Mike, who played tunes with such an exciting beat that you just couldn’t stay still. The caller was huge fun. I highly recommend the band."

"A huge thank you for an amazing performance. The band was truly extraordinary and finished the evening’s entertainment on a real high note. No mean achievement after appearing an hour or so after Bjorn Again and also a great disco. They got everyone singing, clapping and even twenty-twenty-year olds couldn’t resist dancing the night away.
