"Dear Davie and the Band, What with all the goings on since the wedding we have not had a chance to thank you so much for playing at our wedding on 4th June. You really brought the party together and everyone loved the music throughout, Poppy I know did not leave the dance floor for a second. The final Loch Lomond dance was the final dance of all dances and with all the guests joined arm in arm around Poppy and I it felt more like a rugby celebration - a great way for us to finish such a fantastic day and head off, slightly reluctantly, from our wedding. We will certainly recommend you to others and we hope some booking come because of it, we wish you all the best with your band and the future. Best Wishes. "

"I would totally recommend Wraggle Taggle Wraggle Taggle were professional, very accommodating, and went down a treat (9th February 2019 Saturday The King's Royal Hussars Officers' Mess, Tidworth Garrison, Wiltshire, SP9 7BB). They offered both amplified and non-amplified music and using their amplifiers were able to hold a full room of 90 loud and merry party goers. I would totally recommend Wraggle Taggle for any party or event and if the theme lent itself, I would, without doubt, use them again Best wishes Seb Teuber, The King's Royal Hussars 22nd February 2019"

"They arrived promptly, set up without any fuss, played two brilliant sets , were very generous with their time and got everyone dancing. Mike called the dances clearly and gave people chance to have a quick practice. Mike encouraged everyone and the dance floor never emptied. The band really helped make the wedding very special. "

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! "We were looking for a Ceilidh band for our wedding anniversary and we came across the Willow Tree Barn Dance Band, and they were absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend them. All our guests commented on how good they were, and Mick was great in getting everyone up dancing with instructions on the particular routine for each song. We booked with Last Minute Musicians and the whole process was so easy, and Sarah-Jayne was wonderful to work with through the arrangement stages. We would highly recommended them both."

"Last night, saw the wonderful Country Chicks at Norden Farm- such a lovely, fun evening. Music/ vocals were amazing- you could tell they had a great friendship behind their wonderful stage presence. If you get chance to see them, do!"

"Highly recommend these guys" A brilliant performance by 3 talented musicians and showmen. They made out birthday party go with a swing. Every body was up and dancing, they couldn't help themselves. Wide range of music that got everyone engaged. Highly recommend these guys. Donna and I would like to thank you and the band for a fabulous performance at my birthday party on Saturday (15th April 2023 Redlands Road, Reading, RG1) Everybody enjoyed the music and some have become converts to Irish Trad as a result! The combination of Box, Banjo and Guitar worked very well as did your singing of everybody's favourite sing along songs. I'm sure we will be calling on your services again soon. "Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio were a fantastic edition to our Burns Night celebrations. From communicating before the event to the actual day, the group were professional and easy to reach. They also went above and beyond what their initial brief by ed by agreeing to toast the haggis – which was met with cheers - and taking suggestions from the crowd for different dances. By the end of the night they felt like part of the ROSL family."
