"Kip and the band were excellent!! Brilliant, clear calling which made the evening both straightforward and so much fun. They had a lovely mix of songs - some that we had heard before and some new ones (to us) - but all perfectly performed. We had a joy filled evening dancing and would highly recommend this band to others."

"They were lovely people and everyone there enjoyed their music. It was a Country Fair and due to their efforts we had people dancing on the grass with straw bales around to sit on. Happy people! Job well done. Thank you. We would certainly book them again for another event."

"The Shooglers played at our wedding in May and they were great! They were brilliant at calling the ceilidh dances and Davie (the caller) certainly has the gift of the gab! He encouraged everyone to get up and dance and had people laughing in the process with lines like, 'the next dance is a prize dance... Prise yourselves off your seats and get up to dance! All our guests commented on how good the band was and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - a great find!"

"I just wanted to thank FF.O.B. Band for last Saturday in Abbotsley. The band were amazing and it was a super evening. Ollie the caller had just the right manner too. We had many tickets sold and lots of participation and fun! Hopefully again next year!"

Once again it was an absolutely fantastic night had by all, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the dancing. Great explanations throughout and lots of fun. The dance floor was always packed and we’ve had so many compliments about you. This is the first time many of our friends have been to a Ceilidh and they all had a great time. "Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! "I cannot thank you enough for you and your band at my mums birthday party, it really was the best night we have had in ages. The effort by all of you far exceeded any expectation I had, never lone anyone else in the room. You didn’t just provide a band for the night, you all provided the entertainment, fun factor, the laughing (the workout!) and provided exactly and way more then I ever expected. The music was wonderful, jolly, filled gaps , catered to everyone’s ears from ages 2 - 80+ years! You made it easy to follow the dance steps and fun for absolutely everyone, whether they were dancing or just listening to the music. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone or use you all again in a heartbeat. So thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for providing one element that made the whole night. "We had such a brilliant night! The dances were well chosen with fun and covid in mind. Paul gave good explanations for the dances which helped alot. The band were very flexible and friendly when we were running late. Also the music was incredible! Wonderful band that got everyone dancing! "

"We wish to thank you all for such a wonderful evening on Saturday. Several people have asked us for your details. We have been asked if we'll have another barn dance in 10 years time. However, one dear work colleague suggested we hold another more quickly for my retirement... and it was suggested in two weeks time...!!!! We had so many phone calls the next day saying how much people enjoyed themselves."
