"We are getting compliments from all our guests about the wedding as a whole, which we thought was the best ever. That view has kindly also been expressed but many of our guests and they have also particularly mentioned us. We had a few people from the music business within our guest groups and they were also genuinely impressed with your performance. "St Patrick's night at the Old Fire House Exeter was electric last night. The Extonions were well on form and had the place buzzing. Mac on his green electric fiddle raced away with jigs getting faster and faster, I'm surprised his fiddle didn't catch fire. Mike sang in his sexy Hank Marvin deep gravel voice with a lovely Irish twang. That got the ladies swooning. John swapped with ease from 6 to 12 string guitar and kept up a driving beat together with fingers flying over the strings to create a magical sound. James maintained the foundation of the band with solid bass. The place was so packed it was like how many people can you get in a telephone box, they just kept pouring in. There must have been hundreds at the gig. Feedback said it was the best St Patrick's venue in Exeter that night and greatly down to The Extonions. I highly recommend you don't miss their next gig."

So sorry for this late reply but we have been busy. We loved playing there although mature talented experienced musicians the younger audience went wild and like you said thought it was the best St Patrick's Night Exeter in Exeter. Mac 🙂 🎨 🎻

"We hired the Ceilidh With Us band for our wedding and the night was just excellent. Communication before the event was detailed but straightforward. On the night, the caller was absolutely brilliant and the rest of the band were all super talented. It sounded great, the setup was great, and they had plenty of people dancing who don't normally (or ever!) dance. One couple told us they'd literally never danced together before that night! So all in all, brilliant. Would highly recommend!"

"We are so glad we asked Becky to play at our wedding in January. She sang three absolutely brilliant covers of our favourite songs, which she went out of her way to learn (on guitar and piano) especially for the occasion and which exceeded all of our expectations. Becky played two sets during our wedding, both of which were perfectly tailored to what we needed. Her voice and the music were beautiful and served to heighten the emotions of the day! We highly recommend getting Becky to play for any special occasion, she really couldn’t have done a better job for us and was a true professional. "

"What can we say?! You guys were fantastic, we had so much fun as did our guests who have not stopped with the compliments since. It was our first ceilidh dance like many of our guests but it mattered not at all, Kip was brilliant at calling the moves and getting everyone up on their feet having a go and managing to get us holding it together which is no mean feat when it comes to rhythmically challenged mates!! And for those of my guests who have been to many a ceilidh dance, they too couldn't praise the band highly enough and all said it was the best they have been to. One very happy bride :-) I'd recommend Blue Jewel to anybody wanting to inject some fun into any party - the perfect ice breaking, crowd pleasing entertainment, everyone can join in and have a blast, no rhythm required!! "
