"Lilac, Hilary and Remko recently played at a private party I organised for my wife's 50th Birthday and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They were everything you would want a band to be - helpful and adaptable in terms of agreeing the set list, professional and communicative throughout, incredibly efficient on set-up and ultimately outstanding performers. Not just in terms of playing and singing, but also in terms of stagecraft and working the crowd. We had an amazing knees-up dancing to Irish reels, folk songs and modern Irish hits in rapid rotation. Not only that but the guys hung on for a couple of hours after the performance and chatted with all of the guests and were a tremendous addition to the bonhomie of the evening. Snap them up, they are a rare and delightful band."

"New Fox Ceilidh Band played at our wedding in October and they were amazing. A lot of our guests had never done a ceilidh before and Paul was great at walking everyone through the steps so that they knew what they were doing. It was honestly one of the best parts of our wedding day, I cannot recommend them enough. "

"Thank you guys for making our wedding day so special. The barn dance was brilliant! We all loved it and we have had so many comments about how good the barn dance was and what fun everybody had. I do wish we had booked you for longer, but then also wish it had not rained. .Thank you so much again, and if you could pass our comments on to the other guys. "The Shooglers are an amazing ceilidh Rock band of very talented musicians. And great people. We had so much fun, it was electrifying dancing to their great music. "We honestly can't thank Oscar and Barney enough for everything they did to help make my husbands 40th an incredible night. They set the atmosphere off perfectly playing a range of great music that got the crowd going. They are absolute naturals and great entertainers. Not only is their music on point, and their talents endless, but they are so lovely with it, and really engaged with the room and played all the right things they felt people wanted to hear. From the outset the communication was clear, concise and friendly, as well as being really quick to respond. Thank you both for some great memories, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely hire you again! "
