"Blue Jewel were the best band for my daughter's wedding. They were easy to liaise with ahead of time, and their performance in the evening ceilidh was just what we hoped for. Good music, a lovely relaxed manner from all performers, and patient teaching of the dances to the guests. Our guests did not want them to stop! We would whole-heartedly recommend them for such an occasion. Thank you!"

"We booked a band for our 40th wedding anniversary and it was a tremendous evening. Fantastic ceilidh band. Caller was excellent as was the music. So much dancing and fun. I would highly recommend them."

"The CC Band played for our Golden Wedding Party. It was a brilliant evening which we, and all our guests, thoroughly enjoyed. Ann, the caller, was excellent, especially at including the grandchildren in the dancing, which they loved! Well done - it was a memorable evening."

"As we had competitors from all over the world who got involved in the Ceilidh dancing, this was a testament to the ease at which the band could instruct all the dances. Everyone was up all night and had a fantastic time."

"Thank you so much again for last night, everyone had a blast and Simon and I couldn't be happier! You were so good at gauging when to play what, and getting people back on the dance floor over and over again! A lot of the guests had never danced a ceilidh (as it was obvious! ?) and you managed to keep everybody on track, well done! "

"I asked Becky to play whilst I proposed to my girlfriend and it couldn't have been more magical! Becky was so easy to communicate with throughout the process of arranging the day, and she learnt multiple personalised songs for us that couldn't have been performed any better! We were blown away by her performance and we've already asked her to return to play for our wedding. She has such a kind and welcoming vibe and has such a wonderful tone and voice. "Second time we have heard Blue jewel - the first at their recent gig in the Stoke Gabriel Village hall just last Saturday they put on a Ceilidh Dance for our wedding reception. Really great on both occasions - super caller for our dance - just right for the many who had never done folk dancing and on both occasions their enthusiasm and light touch really made for a great evening. Would recommend for any occasion "

"From the moment I stepped into the barn and heard Blue Jewel playing I knew we'd made the best decision. Their music made us and all of our guests smile from start to finish. They got lots of people up dancing and the atmosphere was great. Steve was so reliable through the planning stages, replying to all emails within a few hours. We can't recommend these guys enough!!! "A thoroughly excellent band! Extremely easy to deal with, happy to be flexible to our requirements and to respond to the atmosphere in the room. The boys really helped to make an electric atmosphere after what had been a pretty full on day for our participants in the Bowmore Ben Nevis Challenge."

"These guys provided such an awesome ceilidh at our wedding. We had a lot of in experienced and multinational guests and the caller did an incredible job of getting everyone involved and having fun. It was a real highlight of the night for us and we can't recommend these guys enough!"

They were so professional and diligent in their preparation before the event and amazingly unobtrusive as they set up and took all their equipment down. Their sets were inspirational and dynamic and got everyone of all ages on the dance floor! Great variety and great rhythm. The different musical skills of all their band members were hugely complimentary and they helped make our evening very memorable. The lead singers were charismatic and magnetic. "A ceilidh was the perfect way to kick off the evening festivities at our wedding. We loved seeing guests of all ages getting involved, having a laugh, getting it right and wrong but always with enthusiasm! Our caller Adam was so energetic and lots of guests commented on how good he was. We had such fun and would recommend the excellent band for a memorable experience"
