"We had Blue Jewel to play at our wedding in December. They were absolutely brilliant. The caller was great with clear instructions and nothing was too complicated. We had lots of guests who had never been to a ceilidh before and were up dancing all evening. It was so much fun, and our family and friends are still talking about it now. We would recommend Blue Jewel without reservation!"

Their voices blended so effortlessly, full of emotion, power, and control — the kind of performance that gives you goosebumps and stays with you long after it ends. But what made the experience even more memorable was who they are as people. Warm, genuine, and so full of heart, they brought such a lovely energy that made everyone feel welcome and connected. It’s rare to come across artists who are not only exceptionally talented but also truly kind and humble. An unforgettable performance by two beautiful souls — I can’t recommend them highly enough."

Being asked to play for a wake is one of the greatest honours a musician can receive. But to be so welcomed and looked after on the day by such wonderful people is a true blessing. We were immeasurably glad to get to meet Carol and her delightful family and friends, and through them, get to know a little more about the incredible Eileen. "The Rejigged Ceilidh Band played for our wedding a couple of weeks ago at High Rocks and they were absolutely wonderful! The talented band performed for us an incredible Scottish Ceilidh and dressed accordingly! The music was superb and the caller made the dance easy for all our wedding guests to follow! We even received a congratulations on our wedding card from the band! Their communication was superb, the music remarkable and we cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you Rejigged!"

"We were lucky enough to have Danny play at our Wedding reception this summer and cannot rate him highly enough. He tailored the set list perfectly to capture the day and was incredibly professional in all aspects. He is a really talented musician, incredibly funny, polite, humble and is all round brilliant at what he does. He was very easy to work with and there was absolutely no disruption or drama pre or post set. He helped make our day perfect - I would 10 out of 10 recommend."

"I just wanted to put on record my appreciation of Tim Barton’s efforts and musicianship during my 60th Birthday party celebration last Saturday night. Tim provided a really atmospheric soundtrack to the night, from the Beatles to Bowie to Sinatra. Even Billy Bragg got a look in! It was a perfect accompaniment to the party and Tim coped brilliantly, performing well over the general hubbub of many people who hadn’t seen each other for ages. I would happily book Tim again. "

"Everybody loved the music and everyone had so much fun having a go at the dances – everyone was pleasantly surprised as some people had no idea what to expect! I hope you enjoyed playing and hope you managed to have some food and drinks! Anyway, thanks again – you guys were great and so much fun – we are even considering having another party next year as everyone loved it so much!"

Your efforts were hugely appreciated and so many of the guests came up to me to say what an excellent band you are and how they enjoyed dancing to your music. You made my evening very easy taking over the timings and announcements, and yourchoice of music was very popular. "The Iron Broo Duo threw us a fantastic party to celebrate our wedding in September. They happily accommodated some very last minute changes and executed a little surprise absolutely perfectly! They had a great sense of humour when some of the dances didn't go to plan (no fault of the band, entirely the fault of the beer!) and soon had us back on track. A brilliant band to hire if you want to have lots and lots of fun!"
