"We booked this amazing band for a big birthday party in August. Their versatility and musical ability enabled all the guests to experience a variety of music including rock, soul and old and new styles. They arranged covers to suit the occasion and had everybody singing along, dancing and really enjoying themselves. They played background music at first so that people could chat and moved onto more lively numbers as the evening went on. Andy has a beautiful voice! I would highly recommend this talented group of musicians for any event. You will be enthralled and entertained and certainly not disappointed!"

"Hi Fiddlestix, Just wanted to thank you and your band very much for a most successful Macmillan Cancer Support Barn Dance event last night. Your band and your caller Geoff kept everyone fully involved all night long and it was a very enjoyable evening in the knowledge that essential money was raised to help people and their families affected by cancer. £1300 was raised last night after all expenses and we feel that was a decent amount. "Highly recommend these guys" A brilliant performance by 3 talented musicians and showmen. They made out birthday party go with a swing. Every body was up and dancing, they couldn't help themselves. Wide range of music that got everyone engaged. Highly recommend these guys. Donna and I would like to thank you and the band for a fabulous performance at my birthday party on Saturday (15th April 2023 Redlands Road, Reading, RG1) Everybody enjoyed the music and some have become converts to Irish Trad as a result! The combination of Box, Banjo and Guitar worked very well as did your singing of everybody's favourite sing along songs. I'm sure we will be calling on your services again soon. "When my mum passed away I knew I'd need live Irish music at the church and later at the wake. I came across Kindred Spirit duo on this site . They could not have been more perfect. Elaine on vocals and guitar was excellent and Martin on fiddle was outstanding, too. Their music was acoustic in the church when they played Lord of the Dance. It was exactly what I'd hoped for. At the venue they played a great variety of songs, including traditional and more modern, for example, The Corrs. The guests enjoyed their music and many guests took their details to book them for future events. They definitely made my mum's wake extra special - and memorable. Kindred Spirit Duo are friendly, eminently professional and very talented. In addition, they were very sensitive to the occasion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Elaine and Martin!"

"We were lucky enough to have Blue Jewel play for the ceilidh at our wedding reception in Devon in October. Throughout all of our dealings with Steve, he was professional, responsive and friendly which helped to relieve some of the stress of planning the day! On the night the band were fantastic and were able to coax up loads of people to take part, many of whom had never been to a ceilidh in their life. Everyone had a great time; we particularly enjoyed the special wedding dance where everyone danced around us in a circle – people are still mentioning it to us! Thanks so much for everything, you helped make our day."

"The guys in the band were absolutely amazing, they were brilliant in the planning stages and communicating with them was really easy and then on the night they were really flexible with any changes that we needed to make to timings. They were just wonderful."

"Crimson Sky were absolutely brilliant! The band performed for our wedding in September and we couldn’t have been happier with the performance they gave. The band had great energy, just the vibe we wanted for our special day. We got a lot of comments from guests too, not only those on the dance floor but others that just wanted to sit and listen. Thoroughly recommend Crimson Sky! "
