"We booked Marino Strings as a duo a few weeks before our wedding as we decided we really needed some live music for our drinks reception. We were so pleased that we did! They were extremely responsive and helpful before the event. On the day, they were fantastic - professional, smart and most importantly, so talented. They really added to the atmosphere and we had lots of comments from guests about how much they enjoyed the music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!"

"I asked Shimmer Strings to play as a surprise for when my wife walked down the aisle, and they were absolutely brilliant and sounded beautiful. Having the piece of music playing live rather than from my iPhone was so much better and clearer than I had thought, and then they played at the reception drinks and again played beautifully with great feedback from alot of the guests. Becky was so friendly and professional when arranging the booking and worth every penny. I'd highly recommend them. Thank you Shimmer Strings"

"Hi Anne   Thank you very much, apologies for the delay in my reply, we have been in Barcelona for a few days!   We did have a wonderful day, I was sad not to have heard you all playing more (the perils of having photos taken!) however lots of people commented on how nice the selection of music was, and how lovely the playing was in general. "Molly and her quartet played for our Town Twinning Welcome Reception and we were delighted with the performance, as were our French guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Molly's string quartet. The booking and music selection process was very easy - quickly and efficiently dealt with. They were on time and professional."

"Modern Strings played at the marriage ceremony of our wedding. They had excellent and lovely suggestions for the music to be played, and were more than happy to play music of our choice. Total professionals who didn't give us a moment of worry, these team know their stuff. Ask them for suggestions on how your music choices can fit with timing on the day! Would definitely use again. "
