"Warwickshire Strings Quartet played at my wedding ceremony and for the duration of the drinks reception that followed it, which lasted for two hours. I had a clear picture of what I wanted and Warwickshire Strings allowed me to achieve this vision perfectly. Having done an extensive search on the internet, I chose Warwickshire Strings due to their extensive repertoire (one of the largest that I came across), the fact that they gave me free reign over the playlist and the impressive demos available online. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was very efficient – she was happy to answer my queries and any questions I had were answered promptly. There were a couple of songs that I wanted for sentimental reasons that were not in their existing repertoire and she was able to source these at minimal cost. The quartet were fantastic on the day. All my guests complemented us on how much they enjoyed the music and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warwickshire Strings to anyone looking for a string quartet. "

"I hired Scherzando for my wedding, it was very last minute as I only decided I wanted a string quartet 2 weeks before the big day, however Sue and her fellow musicians were very helpful and even travelled all the way to Sheffield for the wedding. They also managed to learn a new song for me in that short space of time, nothing was too much trouble. Scherzando played beautifully and it made the event really special, I would definitely recommend the group to anyone for any event, but especially for weddings. Thank you so much!"

"Dear Anne, Thank you so much for organising a splendid orchestra for me on Saturday night. Thank you also for your dedication to the music. It is always a pleasure to work with you. You are such an asset to the community! The orchestral players are such a nice bunch of people to work with and it is great to have many of the same players back over and over again. As usual it was a great pleasure to work with you. Thank you for bringing the Cherubini to life for us. The orchestral colour adds so much to what is a rarely performed work and you did it superbly. We were very privileged to have such a talented pianist for the Tchaikovsky Concerto, which I know is also a challenge for the orchestra to play, especially with only an hour and a quarter to rehearse it! - But we did it and the audience were thrilled - the standing ovation was testament to that. As ever it was a pleasure to work with you all. All the best. "

"Soli Strings were absolutely perfect. They opened our wedding ceremony and accompanied it and our reception with the most beautiful music. As soon as they started playing the atmosphere was suddenly magical and they made it all seem effortless. On top of that they are wonderful people, we had people commenting all day on how nice they were and how well they played! Somehow they sound even better in person than their recordings. It was genuinely breathtaking on the day and they managed to fill an outdoor space with music easily. They performed two 45 minute sets and would absolutely recommend that as it flew by, we certainly wouldn't have wanted less! Thank you Soli Strings!"

"I booked SE Strings as a present for my daughter’s wedding. She and her husband absolutely loved it! The musicians were incredibly professional and played beautifully throughout the ceremony. "We hired this quartet for our wedding, and they were nothing short of phenomenal! Although I didn’t get to hear them play for the full three hours (wedding day chaos!), our guests could not stop talking about how incredible they were. So many people said it felt like walking into a real-life Bridgerton episode — elegant, enchanting, and so beautifully played. One of the most important moments for me was the bridal procession. I had requested a very specific song, and they absolutely nailed it. It was emotional, magical, and just perfect. They were professional, talented, and brought such a special touch to our wedding atmosphere. If you're looking for live musicians to elevate your event, this quartet is the one. Truly one of the best decisions we made!"

"Can honestly say that the quartet was one of the best parts of our wedding. Blending classical and rock as well as the sudden rush back in for the Star Wars cantina song. What can I say, 10 out of 10 would recommend purely for recreation as well as for official functions!"
