"I couldn’t recommend this Ebor Quarter highly enough. They performed at our wedding in November 2025, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We worked closely with them throughout the planning process, they completely understood our vision and took on board everything we discussed. Their performance was beautiful and added so much to the day."

The outfits the girls were wearing were amazing and their energy was contagious. "Surrey Strings arrived promptly, set up with no fuss in 2 locations (church and wedding reception) and played beautifully. Many guests commented on the excellence of the performance and we were delighted by contribution made to the atmosphere of the day. The responsiveness to requests made in advance for particular pieces also helped set the perfect tone for the two distinct performances. Highly recommended."

"Working with Lara and the girls in Hope String Quartet has been an absolute pleasure. Having contacted LIPA to enquire about availability of students, Lara from Hope String Quartet, was very prompt in responding with video footage and a bio. The Telegraph Cruise & Travel Show was a two day event at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10-4pm on Sunday. As the only string quartet at the event, it was quite demanding on the girls to play across both days with 1-1.5hrs sessions on a tight schedule. Their performances were fantastic and provided our visitors with a relaxing and intimate atmosphere within our Cream Tea Experience. We have received many lovely comments from our visitors since the show, and I would highly recommend Hope String Quartet for any event that requires a classy and sophisticated musical accompaniment. "

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the rest of the quartet for being amazing at our wedding. Everyone commented on how great you were, from children recognising the modern pop songs to the grandparents enjoying the classics!! You were perfect for the pre ceremony music - I remember walking in Stanley House and hearing you on the balcony and thinking it sounded amazing. You were also excellent at the drinks reception - the perfect balance of live performance but back ground music if that makes sense? I would also like to say that as a bride planning a wedding with a million and one things to think about you were always really easy to deal with, quick at responding and of course 100% reliable! I would definitely recommend The Bridgewater String Quartet, especially for weddings as it really does add a touch of class to your special day."

"Sarah and Jaya were so friendly and helpful when we booked them and were deciding which songs we wanted. They made the organisation really easy and stress free. They played a selection of contemporary music, mixed with some disney, for our guests as they were arriving at the church for the wedding, followed by our choices and a special arrangement for our last song, The Legend of Zelda theme song! They played beautifully and lots of our guests have commented on how lovely it was and how amazing they sounded! They really set the mood for our wedding and made our day perfect! Highly recommended!"

"I wish to extend a huge thank you to you and the rest of the trio for the beautiful musical accompaniment to our wedding on 10th July. When I first heard you starting to play while I was getting ready upstairs it really moved me, but also put the biggest smile on my face. The Hoppipolla got me especially. Luke also had the same experience, he got particularly choked up when you played Tale as Old as Time. The playing was just stunning, you are all truly talented. You were very right that Luke and I got whisked away and sadly, this meant we didn't get to hear as much of your playing as we would have wished – do you do recordings at all? I am sorry that we did not get to come and speak to you for any length of time or thank you directly before you left, but please know that we enjoyed every minute we did hear and it really added a sense of emotion and romanticism to the event."
