"A lovely, friendly professional band Re-Jigged Ceilidh Band were recommended to me by one of their players for our charity Barn Dance. They were great fun, friendly and very professional. Chris contacted me in advance to enquire about access, parking, and facilities in the hall to make correct arrangements. They arrived 1and 1/2 hours beforehand and set up their equipment efficiently. They looked good on stage with coloured lights along the front and dressed appropriately. Each member is a professional musician and the music was excellent, with balance and volume adjusted perfectly for the hall. They kept 90 people dancing for 3 hours, with an interval . It was a great atmosphere. I hope they will play for us again and I would not hesitate to recommend the Rejigged Ceilidh Band. Annie Judge HEPT Barn dance 30th November 2019 "

"We hired Wraggle Tagle for our early Burns ceilidh (17th January 2026 Saturday St Giles' without Cripplegate Church, Fore St, Barbican, London EC2Y 8DA). They brought a PA which was great and played really nicely. The caller worked us hard but gave us breaks during which they played lovely songs.The caller used her radio mic to get in between us for instruction in good humour which was much appreciated. Please extend to the band and caller a big thank you for a great job yesterday. Great music, instruction and much humour. I'm keen to do Saturday 23 January 2027. Would you be available then? "The event was a huge success, the band arrived in plenty of time to set up and entertained early guests with background music before the main event. They managed to get all our guests up and dancing - I have never been to a dance where the men had to dance together - but they were all so keen to join in. I would have no hesitation to book through LMM again, and Craigi Ceilidh band would be my first choice."

"If you’re looking for a band who can come onstage to a marquee full of people quietly chatting and drinking and within minutes turn them into full-scale dance Machine with everybody in the place laughing and enjoying themselves, Then I think The Blaggers might be the act for you. Guests at our event (held to raise funds to prevent the destruction of a greenbelt zone) ranged from 20s to 60s, But all were captivated by the humour professionalism and generally good time emanating from rom the band. I am a professional filmmaker and have shot an l lot of promo videos for bands, from Euorope (yep, “the final countdown”) to Paul Young to AC/DC, and The Blaggers have that same charismatic quality that you see in all these massively successful bands. For a 3 piece they also a pack a monster sound, and over the course of three sets in one evening they played not only the Gay Gordons and other traditional stuff but also sex and drugs and rock’n’ roll and people are strange by the doors – not something you hear from average ceilidh band. I would highly recommend them if you’re having any kind of function we want to get the whole crowd involved. Oh and did I mention they’re very nice guys as well?"

"No one talks about our wedding without mentioning the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band. These talented musicians provided the perfect end to the perfect day. Somehow everyone, even the shyest of our guests, got up and danced the night away with the infectious enthusiasm of the band. The ceilidh provided a relaxed, fun way for all of our guests to mix and meet one another, and allowed us to dance with everyone! Both myself and my husband adore folk music, and we could not have chosen a friendlier, more talented band than the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band. A particular highlight was when the band performed a traditional wedding piece, where all of our guests danced around us who were sat in the middle! I cannot recommend this band enough, wonderfully warm people with superb talent. Obviously we were on a budget paying for a whole wedding, but these guys are very reasonably priced and deliver much more than the price we paid. Thank you all very, very much for giving us the wedding reception we dreamed of."

"I recently organised a surprise 40th birthday barn dance for my wife’s 40th birthday. Kip whom I was in contact with prior to the event was helpful and a breeze to deal with and when it came to the event itself Kip and the band were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much the three of you, you really made it a fun, hilarious and quality evening that we will always remember. So many people who’d never been to a barn dance have since said to me they are converts, and those that already had experience of ceilidhs extolled your virtues too. These things can hinge on the caller and Kip gauged the crowd perfectly - really making sure we all had a fantastic evening. Thank you so much again, would not hesitate to recommend or book again. Please let us know when you play at Plympton Guildhall next, we will definitely be there. Best Greg"

"It's No' Reel were absolutely fantastic! Without a doubt they are the best ceilidh band I have ever heard. They created a great atmosphere at our wedding by getting everyone up to dance with excellent calling and great music. All of our guests loved the ceilidh and I would recommend the band to anyone.
