"Just a quick note to thank you and your band for an absolutely outstanding evening last Saturday at our annual Burns Supper. I have every admiration for you and how well you managed to shepherd a herd of cats around the dance floor and the fact that the dance floor was still packed until the finish was testament to your professionalism. I look forward to seeing you again at some point in the future and I can assure you I will happily recommend you to anyone looking for a high quality Ceilidh band."

"Now that Zish and I are back from our honeymoon we wanted to say "Thankyou" yet again for the fantastic job you did on our wedding night. Zish and I both really enjoyed it, and loads of people have complemented us on our choice - you did a great job of getting people onto the dance floor. Even people who asked me if I was mad having a ceilidh turned around and told me how glad they were to have been proved wrong, and I know about 2 of the Irish guys surprised everyone by getting up to dance when normally they say "Over my dead body"! Some of Zish's colleagues suggested making ceilidh dancing a regular team event!"

"These guys provided such an awesome ceilidh at our wedding. We had a lot of in experienced and multinational guests and the caller did an incredible job of getting everyone involved and having fun. It was a real highlight of the night for us and we can't recommend these guys enough!"

"A big, big thanks to you and It's No' Reel for coming to play at our wedding in Staffordshire - you guys were an immense success! Everything was seamless, from the correspondence before the wedding to the performance on the night. As we had guests from all over the world, only a handful were familiar with ceilidh dancing but thanks to your brilliant calling and great tunes you managed to get everyone up on the dance floor (even the least likely!) from our 8yr old Australian nephew to our parents and grandparents. We had such a wonderful time and the Strip the Willow finalé will go down as wedding legend amongst our friends! I would recommend you to anyone and everyone planning a party requiring top class entertainment that will be remembered. Thank you again, Lisa and Grafton"

"The highlight of the night is the musical score which has been devised by cast member Richard - L’Accordionist. He provides accompaniment using a variety of instruments including an accordion, tuba and even two pairs of scissors."

"We recently had Tim Barton play at our wedding and could not recommend him highly enough. He is friendly, professional, an amazing performer and nothing was too much trouble. All of our guests have complimented us on our choice of artist and we believe he was an integral part of creating a great atmosphere and vibe. During the welcome drinks he had the chilled and relaxed vibe we wanted and later on he had the whole place singing along with him. Tim even played an extra hour; when I offered him some more money he just said he was having a great time and was happy to do it."

"Thinking what music to have at my mothers 100th Birthday event where there would be people with varying musical tastes I immediately thought of Luc . I had heard Luc some years previously and was amazed at not only how beautifully he played but the range of his repertoire which included Jazz, pop, and classical on the harp. Luc played for the whole afternoon and not only was my mother entranced as soon as she entered the room where Luc was playing but many of the other guests were amazed and delighted with the music both its quality and the range. Luc made all the arrangements extremely easy and apart from booking him and checking with the hotel that they could accommodate him Luc did all the rest. I would recommend Luc without hesitation to any event where you want to hear great music. "

They were absolutely perfect for our summer party event, not only can they sing and play but they are friendly and accommodating and their sets are so perfect for the environment. "St Patrick's night at the Old Fire House Exeter was electric last night. The Extonions were well on form and had the place buzzing. Mac on his green electric fiddle raced away with jigs getting faster and faster, I'm surprised his fiddle didn't catch fire. Mike sang in his sexy Hank Marvin deep gravel voice with a lovely Irish twang. That got the ladies swooning. John swapped with ease from 6 to 12 string guitar and kept up a driving beat together with fingers flying over the strings to create a magical sound. James maintained the foundation of the band with solid bass. The place was so packed it was like how many people can you get in a telephone box, they just kept pouring in. There must have been hundreds at the gig. Feedback said it was the best St Patrick's venue in Exeter that night and greatly down to The Extonions. I highly recommend you don't miss their next gig."

So sorry for this late reply but we have been busy. We loved playing there although mature talented experienced musicians the younger audience went wild and like you said thought it was the best St Patrick's Night Exeter in Exeter. Mac 🙂 🎨 🎻
