"A few weren't sure what a ceilidh was & therefore they weren't sure what to expect. They do now!! Everyone let their hair down & had a real fun time. This was a charity event & if the occasion arises, we most definitely book BLUE JEWEL again!! Thank you."

"The music was really lovely" Thank you so much for playing at our wedding (9th September 2023* Saturday Ruskin House, 23 Coombe Rd, Croydon CR0 1BD}.The music was really lovely and it's a testament to how great it was that so many people were dancing on such a hot day! It was Ben's first ceilidh and he loved it, we're both so glad we chose to have one. We had a wonderful day and hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did. "Danny was great from the first point communication, really friendly and enthusiastic. We were in touch leading up to the event about the type of music we wanted and he very accommodating and made us feel totally at ease. He arrived with plenty of time and was very thorough in his set up and preparations. When he started he blew us away.... all the guests sang along and the atmosphere was fantastic. Danny was great with the guests and performed loads of requests..... his performance made our evening perfect.... Thank you Danny! "

"Dave and Rich were a brilliant addition to our wedding, playing their great folky versions of classic songs during the drinks reception between our ceremony and dinner. They hit just the right note of excellent quality and vibes but without being overly showy or intrusive. It was just what we wanted. They were also just a great couple of guys, super flexible with timings, and kind enough to rescue our ceremony by lending a microphone, mere minutes before it started. Highly recommend them!"

"Wow! What a voice! We booked this band for our wedding reception and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Lilac's voice and musical talent is outstanding. Throughout the entire process the communication was efficient and helpful, it was really beneficial to meet them online remotely prior to booking too and build up rapport beforehand. I 100% whole heartedly recommend them for any event."
