"No matter who we speak to that was at our wedding evening party, ALL of them say the band was amazing and we wholeheartedly agree! Possibly the best ceilidh band I've heard, topped off with really clear, friendly instruction (which can make or break this sort of thing)! Even those who aren't so inclined to dancing loved it so I can't think of a better way to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves. The guys were really helpful to deal with and the best priced as well so I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much for making the evening such a success chaps!"

"Unbelievably big thanks to what you put on for us! It delivered on all fronts!! The sax to start things off was absolutely incredible - exactly the vibe we were after. Then Remko was a hero in sorting the music to walk in on and the music during the breakfast! But the band, boy oh boy did they steal the show - I lost track of the number of comments from our guests on how good you guys were! The bits where you came out into the crowd and got stuck in were epic. We knew you’d be good but you surpassed all expectations!! We can’t thank you enough and will recommend to all our friends! "

"The band were astonishingly good. They put so much energy into the gig and the whole party was up dancing like crazy. They set up in advance which helped take down my stress levels and they were such beautiful people.So many people told me how much they enjoyed them and they made the party. Please send my heartfelt thanks to them, they were the stars of the evening (apart from me that is !!! Ha ha) "

"Hi guys, Apologies it is taking me so long to get in touch, but Kris and I wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so much for playing at the wedding at Traquair on the 13th August. The night was a huge success and that was largely in part of yourselves. You received loads of compliments from our guests and a number of people have asked for your details so safe to say you were a hit! We both felt you handled the night excellently, judging the crowd just right and keeping the dancefloor full. Everyone had aching muscles the next day! "Thank you Blue Jewel for making the night so memorable! Everything we hoped and more. We hired a barn in the middle of nowhere for our wedding anniversary, and Blue Jewel came and made the night something special to remember. The band were so easy going and they sounded brilliant live. The caller made it so easy to follow we had 8 year old children dancing with grans and granddads. My aunt said afterwards 'it's impossible NOT to have a smile on your face as you to this!'. I can't put it any better than that. Everyone had a great time. I would 100% recommend, we hope to see you chaps again in the future at our next gig! x"

"Amazing band! if you want a band to guest your guest on the dance floor and not leave it, then book these guys! really flexible and kept in constant communication with me in the lead up to our xmas party. would highly recommend to book!"

"The Bilberries were on superb/top form last night at The Plough pub, Coldharbour. Hugely entertaining, enjoyable and, above all, fun. I love their unique “folk” twist on some well known classics. Can’t wait for the next gig! "
