"We booked Irish Folk/Pop Band for our wedding evening , and oh my goodness these guys are amazing !! Leading up to the wedding communication was great , and they were so accommodating to playlists and to requests. Every one of my guests has said to me how great our band was, 100 % recommend! Have asked the lads to drop us a wee message if they're playing anywhere locally as we want to see them play again."

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were a fantastic addition to our evening wedding celebrations. We had so much fun - from the very young to old, complete novices to experienced dancers, the band catered for us all. Steve led the band with friendliness and humour, giving clear instructions and sharing his knowledge about the dances as we went engaging those that were spectators! We would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about it for their wedding too, and thank them for adding fun and an all-age entertainment to our day!"

"If I could give more than 5* I would! Barn With Us were incredible at our wedding and really made the evening celebrations fantastic. We wanted a country band that could really get everyone up and dancing and they did not disappoint! We also had a caller to help with the line dancing and our guests had such a fun time learning the steps. Lilac was brilliant from start to end and really understood what we wanted and offered some very helpful suggestions on timings for the evening. We wanted to do a specific song for our first dance and the band were so accommodating of this and it was perfect. We also had Remko for a DJ set after the live band and he was brilliant to end the night on a high. I would thoroughly recommend the band and DJ if you are looking for great energy and brilliant music for a special event. Some of our guests have already booked the band for a 70th Birthday celebration - so we look forward to seeing you again soon! Thank you so much to Sound With Us for making our wedding so brilliant - you really were the highlight of our wedding! Sophie & Guy x"

"Open Freeway were absolutely fantastic. They honestly made our wedding day. Communication was excellent throughout and they really took time to listen to us and give suggestions for the day, all of which were spot on. They were really flexible and even did us an acoustic set outside to kick the music off as the weather was nice and we had a festival-themed wedding. I was soooo impressed on the day, every song was played brilliantly and our guests were raving about the music. They played such a great range of songs and made the sets really fun for everyone. The dance floor was full all night. On top of all of that, they were all just so lovely and such a joy to have as part of the day. We could not fault them and would recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank you guys enough for how amazing you were! "

"We had the pleasure of having Danny play at our intimate Ceremony and Wedding Reception this August and we can’t recommend him highly enough. Danny is very accommodating and was wonderful to work with from the start. We were after instrumental improvisation so Danny recorded and sent over some extra samples for us before we even made our booking. We also had a special request for the processional that couldn’t have been easy to transcribe - Danny arranged a version that involved playing both a harp accompaniment and vocal melody on the guitar - and it worked beautifully! Even if you have something a little bit different in mind for your event or wedding then you would be in safe hands with Danny - he is a wonderfully talented and clearly very skilled guitarist. We have had so many of our guests approach us to ask about him since, including those who now want to book him for their upcoming weddings! Danny is also incredibly charming and a really lovely presence to have around - we had a very small, intimate ceremony and his easygoing and friendly nature meant he blended right in. All in all, Danny exceeded our already high expectations. He was a major part of what made the atmosphere of our Ceremony exactly what we had wanted. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone. Thank you Danny :) "

"Great music and well coordinated by caller for each dance. Good encouragement was given to the guests to participate in the dances. It worked well even though we only had 40 guests. Good variety of music to cater for all tastes. Thoroughly enjoyable evening and would recommend the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band to anyone."

"Behan’s Footsteps came to play at my husband’s 60th birthday party, they were absolutely fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing good music at their event. They responded very quickly to my queries and requests and were an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would hire them again if we have another ‘do’"

"We had an excellent Golden Wedding Anniversary celebration with Barn With Us. Everyone had an hilarious time dancing. Gordon our call master was so patient and friendly guiding us through the dances. It was lovely to have a lively professional band. Everyone said they would do it again - even the younger ones! "The band were outstanding, I cannot recommend them highly enough, there was an issue with the caterers and they pushed their set back and changed a few things, which really helped. Rhiannon's voice is incredible. They were professional, flexible and just damn right amazing "

"Thank you all so much for playing for our son’s wedding -  we have received so many complements on your playing and Jill’s calling. Even people who did not want to take part in the dancing said that they so enjoyed watching and listening to the music. Basically you wore most people out and they definitely faded when the disco came on, but we soldiered on until midnight! "
