"Dear Lilac, Thank you I have recovered, just two more parties to go, I have allowed for a couple of days between each I’m so pleased the band enjoyed the day as well. Your team did a lot to help make that great atmosphere. I have had a lot of thank you messages from guests; “good food, good company, great ceilidh”, “the ceilidh band were excellent”. "We want to thank It's No' Reel for a fabulous experience. They were professional from start to finish and their organisation is excellent. They were very open to be being flexible with the ceilidh and disco options. We even had a Skype call just to introduce each other and to explain what we wanted which is much better than email. The ceilidh was brilliant and as we had friends and family from different countries, the calling was clear and easy to understand. Everyone had so much fun, it was the perfect end to the day. Afterwards we received a video montage of the ceilidh which we have shared with our friends and family, a lovely added extra which we were not expecting. If you are looking for a ceilidh band, I would DEFINITELY recommend It's No' Reel, if you have half as much fun as we did you will not be disappointed!"

"I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you all for a most memorable ceilidh at Ross and Susie’s wedding on 6th October. We have had many compliments on your ceilidh band and the dancing, and with many coming from a bunch of southerners, that is praise indeed! The calling and walk-throughs were just right and enabled anyone who wanted to, to join in. I was so pleased to see the dance floor full all night and everyone having such fun. Your playlist was very well thought out with a good array of well known dances and one or two lesser known but all good fun and not so complicated, all with tunes of a good pace. My sister came off after dancing the Cumberland Square (?) saying “That was great, I’ve always wanted to learn that one!” My knees have not recovered yet from all the dancing- but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am sure Ross and Susie will thank you themselves in due course. In the meantime I shall thank you once again. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family for a great ceilidh night."

"Funk With Us were just fantastic! We got married in August, and after the last year or so, it was just magical to be able to have a good dance with friends and family, and the band encouraged everyone to get up and dance - and that is what everyone did! Having a live band makes such a difference to the day, and we would truly recommend them. So many of our friends and family have been saying how very impressed they were with the band and that they absolutely loved the music and dancing. You were FANTASTIC!! ? Lilac and Remko were so helpful through the whole planning of the big day and answered all our questions. It was lovely to have a video chat to discuss the running of the day and 'meet' them before the Wedding day! They are both such friendly and fun people and reassured us we had definitely made the right choice with having a band! Thank you so much, you and your band will always hold a very special place in our hearts! ❤️"

"We booked The Good Rebels for our wedding on the 16th July. This was by far the best decision we made. The band were always in contact with us, allowing us to make suggestions of songs (even performing the brides favorite Peter Andre song). We also got a chance to see the band perform before hand which was great. The band created such a fun atmosphere at our wedding and the song choice's got all our wedding party up on their feet! All our wedding guests commented at how good the band were and we could not recommend them enough!! We wish we could relive the day to have our party again with them!"

"We booked Becky for our big joint 60th party. Our family all love folk, blues and soul music and Becky was just wonderful - absolutely made our evening. Her voice is pure and subtle and beautiful. She used guitar and violin, using looping to create a really complete sound - very professional and skilled. Her interpretations of songs we know and love very much were wonderful. She is extraordinarily versatile and I really think everyone at the party felt there was a song that was special to them. Can't recommend Becky highly enough."

"From the moment I stepped into the barn and heard Blue Jewel playing I knew we'd made the best decision. Their music made us and all of our guests smile from start to finish. They got lots of people up dancing and the atmosphere was great. Steve was so reliable through the planning stages, replying to all emails within a few hours. We can't recommend these guys enough!!!
