"We booked Kellys Heroes to play at our wedding earlier this year and we were not disappointed! Everyone at our wedding was up on the dance floor, dancing for the entire set, they're great musicians with a great set list. I think all of our guests could have gone on for the rest of the night. Everyone still tells us that it was one of the highlights of any wedding they've been to. Thank you! "

"Hi Aly, Just wanted to email to say what an amazing night we had at our wedding ceilidh. Everyone commented on what a fantastic, fun night they had. We knew it would get people up dancing but we couldn't believe how full the dance floor was! From people who had never been to a ceilidh, to our Scottish friends, everyone had the time of their lives! Thank you again, and also thank you for allowing us to use your PA system and lights. This worked perfectly for the disco after the ceilidh! We will definitely recommend you to anyone considering a ceilidh. We wish we could do it all again. Thanks, Steve & Sarah"

Your calling of the dances was excellent and you succeeded in getting lots of folk on to the dance floor. Many had never been to a ceilidh before, but you made it so easy for them to understand the steps. It was a super evening from start to finish and much fun was had by all. "Thank you, Angela for providing a beautiful solo performance at my aunt's funeral earlier this month. At very short notice you provided me with a bespoke programme of traditional Irish melodies played before the service. And you even learned a rare Irish tune to play at the end of the service that my aunt loved. All our family and friends in the congregation were so moved. "The Northern Reel Collective played at our wedding in August 2018 and were absolutely exceptional. I had so many people say to me on the night and afterwards how brilliant they were. We requested to start with everyone together, rather than a traditional first dance, and they made it work perfectly. The caller was fantastic and so engaged with the audience - even getting off stage to demonstrate. It was 32 degrees during the day but people still wanted to keep dancing - at other ceilidhs I've been to guests have given up and not danced much. We provided a playlist for after and they put it together so everything flowed nicely and honestly we just had the best time! I highly highly recommend them (and have literally been telling newly engaged strangers to look them up!)"

"Dear Davie and all the band, just to say the very biggest of thank you for Saturday night - you were just brilliant, everything and more that we could have wanted from our wedding band, and we have had so many comments and compliments from everyone who was there about you - I have a feeling many of them will remember when organising their future events as you guys just take ceilidh to a whole new level. We had an absolute ball reeling our way round, especially for 'Another Brick in the Dashing White Sergeant', and the Cumberland reel was utterly Epic - not one we had in fact danced before but definitely the best of the night!! And had so much fun with the rock side - all the family were up and going for their favourites. Hope you had fun and managed to squeeze in a bacon roll and some cake - and a beer or two!! Thanks again! "
