"What can I say? If you are a fan of Irish music, instrumental or with vocals then Dermot and the rest of the amazing musicians are who you need to hire! They were an absolute joy and a pleasure to have play at my beloved father's wake. They are such lovely and friendly people as well as fantastic musicians with a vast array of instrumentation between them. They graciously accepted requests prior to the event and also from some of the guests. My dad would have absolutely loved it and it made a very sad day very joyful and comforting for everyone. Our guests commented on how wonderful they were and the pub staff as well. I highly recommend hiring Dermot and the gang for any event, not just a wake. Communication was excellent before hand and hiring Dermot and the band were the easiest part of the many arrangements that we had to make when organising our dad's funeral and a wake. We sincerely thank you and highly recommend you, The O'Brien family."

"Gentlemen... what a fantastic band. We see bands here every week but you guys were miles better than any we've ever seen. I am not working today so have spoken with the manager on duty to leave a comment for you. Perhaps then some of our other clients will choose you for their functions at Achnagairn House. They got the crowd going and kept them under ‘control’ with a brilliant blend of instructions and banter even as we inevitably got a little rowdier towards the end. "For a small band Rastrum packs a big punch. We asked them to play in the evening at our first 'All Staff' event, as someone had suggested a ceilidh could be a good way to get everyone together. It certainly worked and, although dancers were tentative to start with, by the end of the session virtually the whole group was involved. First rate playing, patient guidance on what to do (as 80% of attendees had never done this before) and a good vibe all round. A really fun and memorable evening was had by all."

"We had an AMAZING time! The band were incredible - after we sorted out the wind logistics we were off! Everyone has said how amazing the ceilidh was and we couldn't agree more it was so much fun (watching a bunch of English people try to learn the gay Gordon's was hilarious) Thank you so much again!"
