"Black Velvet Band Irish Band were excellent and really added to our Irish themed evening. Lots of very traditional music. The guys were very flexible and last minute added in a Ceili set without prior knowledge which was appreciated by all and added to the fun of the evening. Very highly recommended."

"The event was a huge success, the band arrived in plenty of time to set up and entertained early guests with background music before the main event. They managed to get all our guests up and dancing - I have never been to a dance where the men had to dance together - but they were all so keen to join in. I would have no hesitation to book through LMM again, and Craigi Ceilidh band would be my first choice."

"Kindred Spirit played at Kew fete on 21st June in front of hundreds of people. Their music pulled in a great crowd as their unique style of folk rock with electric violin and guitar kept the audience rooted. As the organiser of the stage acts at Kew fete, I just hope Kindred Spirit can play next year and captivate the audience once again."

"We had a great time ably assisted by the music and calling of the Black Velvet Ceilidh Band. Thank you so much! The band were very adaptable, as we changed the arrangement for the sets on the night, and reassured that they were there to entertain - which they certainly did. They got people up dancing from the first note to the last and many, many guests have commented how much they enjoyed the ceilidh."

"The musicians were fantastic (2nd November 2019 Saturday Fletchers Lea, Ware Priory, High Street, Ware, Hertfordshire SG12 9AL). Turned up when they said they would and were very accommodating. Margaret was great at encouraging the reticent and showing how to do the dances. Everyone had great fun and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of a ceilidh. "I am sure you will be pleased to hear that we raised just over £4000 this year and were able to send cheques for £2000 each to both the Air Ambulance and Shipston Home Nursing. A good result.We have now also decided on next year’s date and really hope you will be able to play for us again. It is Saturday 7th April 2018. It really makes a difference having you there."
