"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one. "

"Hi Davie and the band, Now that the wedding is over and we are back from our honeymoon?, I just wanted to send you a massive thank you for the awesome night of dancing we had last weekend at our wedding at Lands of Loyal Hotel in Alyth. You have got to be the best ceilidh band I have ever heard!! The rocky and fast-paced sets were just unreal to dance to and all our Irish guests loved learning how to ceilidh dance. Such an amazing night and we really cannot thank you enough! I have dropped Chloe at Freak Music a wee email to say how fantastic you were and asked if she can put the review up on their website. "If I could give more than 5* I would! Barn With Us were incredible at our wedding and really made the evening celebrations fantastic. We wanted a country band that could really get everyone up and dancing and they did not disappoint! We also had a caller to help with the line dancing and our guests had such a fun time learning the steps. Lilac was brilliant from start to end and really understood what we wanted and offered some very helpful suggestions on timings for the evening. We wanted to do a specific song for our first dance and the band were so accommodating of this and it was perfect. We also had Remko for a DJ set after the live band and he was brilliant to end the night on a high. I would thoroughly recommend the band and DJ if you are looking for great energy and brilliant music for a special event. Some of our guests have already booked the band for a 70th Birthday celebration - so we look forward to seeing you again soon! Thank you so much to Sound With Us for making our wedding so brilliant - you really were the highlight of our wedding! Sophie & Guy x"

"Paul was recommended to us by a former colleague. He provided a strong three-piece band to lead a ceilidh at our wedding reception. For an intergenerational group of mixed-ability dancers (including some with no ability) he was encouraging, clear in his verbal instructions, and the band uplifting and rhythmic. Just about everybody participated in the dancing at some point or another in the evening, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with Paul at all stages was straightforward and easy, and I would heartily recommend him and his ensemble should anybody be considering commissioning a ceilidh!"

"Excellent acoustic music, perfectly suitable for the small venue we hired. (They also have amplifiers for bigger venues) They played a good variety and took also special requests. Will hire them again, if an other occassion arises."

"The boys set the perfect tone to get the day started, easy listening jazz and funk music. All out guests commented how great they were and how they hit the tone of the party perfectly. Very easy to deal with and professional. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Ben "

"Well what can we say! Whiskey & Ginger were absolutely fantastic arrived on time with equipment set up ready for the evening. They sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. was absolutely amazing such a talented band would love to have thwmat another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see them again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing band."

"Thank you so much to Kelly’s Heroes for performing at our wedding evening reception. They were friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process right through to after the wedding. All our guests loved them, they provided a great lively atmosphere, and encouraged everyone to get involved. We had guests who go to ceilidhs regularly, and some who had never been to one before. The ceilidh was suitable for everyone, and everyone said how much fun they had. One of the band members taught us the moves to a first dance ceilidh, which we then demonstrated so that everyone could get involved. It was a slower dance and an ideal start with to get everyone involved and comfortable with the dancing. We went for the six person band with two song sets and a ceilidh, and this was ideal for an evening do. Kelly’s Heroes played a great range of tunes which everyone enjoyed tapping along to even if they weren’t ready for a dance yet! We really hope to see them play again in the near future, and we definitely recommend them for events. "
