"I booked Roaming Wild primarily because I wanted a fun but casual band to provide entertainment for my 40th birthday party and to get everybody involved. They did such a fantastic job, working the room and involving everyone. Their ability to get a feel for the party and be able to mix and mash-up music and songs off the cuff was amazing. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again!"

"Blue Jewel were the best band for my daughter's wedding. They were easy to liaise with ahead of time, and their performance in the evening ceilidh was just what we hoped for. Good music, a lovely relaxed manner from all performers, and patient teaching of the dances to the guests. Our guests did not want them to stop! We would whole-heartedly recommend them for such an occasion. Thank you!"

"What a FABULOUS band! Stargazers had such a great energy and had everyone up dancing on the dance floor all night (not to mention the fantastic talent they all have!!!). From start to finish, the band were so helpful and I cannot recommend them enough. My dad had always dreamed of playing his saxophone at my wedding and Stargazers’s manager gladly corresponded with him prior to the wedding to make this happen- it was truly amazing! All of our guests were astonished by the talent and wondered how on Earth we had found such a fantastic band! They truly made it a memorable day for not only ourselves, but all of our guests. "The Shooglers were one of the best Ceilidh Bands I have had the pleasure of attending. They were amazing, the performance on the night was great, they were able to gauge the crowd and manage to keep all involved. The communication and assistance with regard the first dance was excellent. Honesty was great with regards what they could and couldn't play as a first dance. Honestly one of the best bands. Would recommend them to anyone. Did themselves proud as it is a tough thing to do to trust a band with your wedding, but they were amazing."

"I am so pleased that we found Danny. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a party in the garden. Dan was the epitome of professionalism. He's a really likeable, gentle person with heaps of talent. Some of my guests arrived late but Dan was very accommodating, holding off and waiting until the vibe was right. The music was perfect. My two daughters wanted to sing their Dad a song and he happily obliged, learning the music and playing along with them. It was a beautiful, magical evening made even more memorable by Dan. "

"Rastrum played for our Burns Night at the University of York last week and it was one of the most successful student events we've had in months! It was the perfect setting for students to relax and have fun with old and new friends. The atmosphere was just buzzing and we've already had requests from students asking to do this again. The band were flexible with our venue change and were generous with the dances. The caller was very clear and warm which made the evening incredibly inclusive, especially as over 100 of our students had no idea what a ceilidh was at the start of the evening! So by popular demand I think we'll be getting a ceilidh booked in again very soon. And last but not least, the band play together perfectly and the tunes they chose were brilliant. "
