"Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Murphy's Lore for Saturday night - you were fantastic and absolutely made the day. We had lots of first time ceilidh-ers who were sceptical before it began and they kept telling me how much fun they were having! This really was the most fun evening. Great energy and enthusiasm . "We booked Rachel Redman as a trio alongside Matt and Gaby for my 40th birthday party at The Unicorn in Henley. They had a bit of everything, including three vocals, harmonies, percussion and guitar, lights, full sound system and they played party hits through their system in their breaks. We enjoyed dancing to some rock and pop hits throughout the evening. Rachel, Matt and Gaby were on time and friendly. They made my birthday so memorable, everyone thought they were just amazing! They really added something very special to the night and I have had loads of lovely comments from my friends and family about how amazing they were today. Thank you Rachel, Matt and Gaby."

"My wife and I had a black tie/kilted dinner dance recently with over 90 guests of all ages. The highlight of the evening was the Northern Reel Collective.They had everyone up dancing and having fun and with a professional dance caller it all went incredibly well. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a traditional, energetic, professional Ceilidh Band . "Found Rachel on this web site and we are so glad we did. The performance at out wedding was fantastic and was more than worth the fee. Rachel entertained our guests before the ceremony when they arrived and then after the ceremony before the wedding breakfast. Our guests were so impressed and complimentary about the performance. It set a really good vibe to the start of our day and put everyone in a fun, party mood. The booking process was so easy and low maintenance. Rachel is a genuine nice person and very talented. Don't miss out ! "

"Kip and the blue jewel team were absolutely amazing. They got the whole crowd on the dance floor and everyone loved it, especially the ones with no experience of ceilidhs before! They were brilliant to work with and super flexible in the face of a delay in the schedule. Cannot recommend them highly enough! "

"The first act I decided to see on the Friday were the Levy Folk Collective Ceilidh Band – for those unaware, a ceilidh is a traditional Scottish/Irish form of dancing played to traditional folk music. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but seeing the band get the crowd dancing was amazing – we were taught several dances and even this reviewer had a go at it! "

"Attended the Sewerby Food Festival this weekend. Great festival with cookery demos from Wolds Cookery School, but the event was really enhanced by the Shamrock Experience - really talented band which kept the visitors entertained and generated a great atmosphere "
