"Another musician recommended Rachel, and I'm so pleased that he did! Rachel was joined by Matt Coyte (percussion), and their duo was perfect for our mini festival. The music was mainly fairly recent covers, 90's/00's, from Pink to Katy Perry to Snow Patrol. They turned up on time, very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating to our guests - from kids having a sing along on their mic, to well oiled grown ups joining them too! The booking process and communications before hand were easy - all over email, and very efficient. Absolutely 10/10 - we will book for next year if we can! Thanks Rachel!"

"I shared my retirement party with Alison and agree with all of her positive comments. One friend said "I had a fantastic time and even managed with my two left feet to join in!" It was exactly what I wanted, an evening full of fun with everybody mingling and joining in together. I would highly recommend 'Blue Jewel' if you want a lively and energetic night. Anna"

"Rachel performed for us on the 25th at The Pheasant Inn in Winnersh - extremely professional service and even brought along a support act to start the evening off. Rachel performed a range of covers to cater to all of our customers and even took requests to ensure the atmosphere was buzzing! Extremely interactive with the audience and staff members on the evening encouraging everyone to join in and have a little boogie! - with this she even managed to get our loyal locals out of their little corner to come and enjoy the performance! (some of those even danced along!) Booked again for July and we cannot wait to see what is in store for the next performance! "

"Charlotte, Richard and Tony saved the day when the caller we had originally booked was taken into hospital shortly before the date of our party. A great time, lots of fun, laughter and enjoyment. A lovely group. Thank you so much."

"We hired Rachel to perform at a country themed hen party and she was fab. Everyone enjoyed singing and learning to line dance, Rachel even got the bride up to sing a duet. Rachel is very talented and was super easy to book, with clear information provided beforehand. Will definitely be booking Rachel for the next country themed party that we have! "

"Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to you guys for playing at our wedding in August – we are just back from honeymoon and everyone is still talking about the band!!! We and all our guests had a fantastic night!! My husband Darren and I would like to send you all a big thank you for your performance at our wedding. Your music was fantastic and everyone commented on how brilliant you played and how professional you were. You were as good, if not better than promised. "Just realized that with all the end of term chaos I hadn't said thank you for getting our picnic up and dancing!! Thanks also for saving the day by arriving early at short notice when Britain's summer threw the best at us (and then some!!) and for being so flexible when things were so up in the air on arrival...definitely all the right decisions were made and everyone had a ball. We've had loads of great comments and I hope you were pleased with how many people joined in at such an early hour."

"I hired Blue Jewel Ceilidh band to play for my 60th birthday party at my local village hall. I had never heard them play before but going on previous recommendations I felt certain they would be okay. How right I was! Well, if fact they were more than okay - they were bandtastic! Their playing is brilliant and they created a fantastic atmosphere. Steve made sure he brought me and my husband and sons right into the swing of things, mentioning us by name whenever he could and he certainly made it feel like "my" party and not just any old party they might be playing at. There was quite a mix of ages, but everyone joined in with the dancing, (yes, even my non-dancing- unless-he's-had-a-few-pints, husband!!). Steve and his colleague were excellent callers and made the dances very easy and great fun. We are still laughing and talking about what a wonderful evening it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Jewel. They will make your party go with a swing! "

"We had a ceilidh for a volunteer celebration. Even before the event Lilac was super helpful with suggestions of what timings would work well and how to encourage people to get involved. The band arrived in good time to set up and we’re really friendly. They were flexible on the night without us needing to intervene and got people dancing again after a break for speeches. The band also included those with less mobility and were great and encouraging everyone to get involved. We had the majority of people dancing throughout the event. I would totally recommend."
