"BM Ceilidh Band were exceptional for our Military Burns formal dinner night. Dave was lovely to work with on the lead up to the event, and catered for a last minute date change with no fuss – thank you so much for that. On the night Dave, Alan and Gerry were just excellent! Their knowledge and variety of Ceilidh songs ensured the night was a roaring success with the dance floor full for every song. The combination of the Melodian, Guitar and superb singing really made the night special. 100% would recommend to anyone and hope to have them again for future events. "

"Thanks so much for doing the Ceilidh Everyone said they really enjoyed it and it was a first for most of them, they had so much fun and laughed a lot You were amazing turning up on time, setting up and playing, leaving me free to get the hall organised and enjoy my big day! "The Bilberries performed at my husband’s 50th birthday bash at our local, The Plough Inn, Coldharbour. They were awesome, playing some well known songs with a twist. The lead singer has an amazing voice and they got our guests joining in singing and dancing. They even got birthday boy singing!! They made it a fantastic celebration and I would recommend them 100%. "

"We had seen the Band before at a School fund raising Barn Dance in Newton Ferrers. They were superb then and they were again at our Twinning Barn Dance. There are plenty of good Bands around for Barn Dances but this Band brings a few extras. Not only are they first class instrumentalists but they have great callers. They even speak French! We have no hesitation in rating them 10/10. "

"I meant to e-mail last week and say you and your band are bloody awesome! That was a total American thing to say, but honestly, I am not just saying that you guys are great! My husband loved it too – he loves Pink Floyd so when you were singing The Wall through the ceilidh music it was brilliant. I totally love ceilidhs they’re great fun, and the current music at the end was really good too! I took a few of your cards so will defo be recommending you!! "

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.."

"They really helped make our day an unforgettable one Having Platinum Band perform at our church ceremony was such a special touch and helped to make our day unforgettable. We were worried about keeping guests occupied during the signing of the register, so we were recommended these by our friends. They performed a set during our drinks reception and also had their evening band perform all the classics! They had us on the dance floor all night, they really helped make our day an unforgettable one."

"Hi Dermot Just to thank you for your and the band's entertainment gig at our daughters's recent wedding. It was obvious that each band member was a professional both in proficency of instrument and presentation of the music. I was also impressed with the mix of old classical Irish (re O'Carolan) and the more recent lively musical pieces. Indeed, the songs also exhibited this diversity with noted classics and singalong standards. It was assuring when the band arrived with ample time for set-up and ready to play on cue. Thanks again. "David and the band were brilliant. The booking process was fine and communications beforehand were simple and effective with the minimum of fuss. The band turned up exactly as planned on the day and although we kept them waiting because we were running behind, they accepted it all in good humour and waited patiently to start. Our guests were full of praise for them and loved their originality and musicianship. I just wish that it hadn't been quite so warm in the venue that evening and a few more people had danced along."

You gauged the mood of the evening and the company perfectly and have had lots of positive feedback. "The Shooglers have played for us twice now and I can't wait to get them booked for next year! They have been a huge hit at both charity ceilidhs which we have organised, people attending telling us how great they thought they were. The band are so easy to work with, they are a friendly bunch and are very talented. Their music is fantastic, it's such a relief knowing that if anything else goes wrong on the night that the music will be first class. They have banter with the guests, and call dances brilliantly. They are definitely going to be the first people I get in touch with when I start organising next year's ceilidh. I'd recommend them to everyone, I've already passed on contact details to several people who loved their sound. Thanks again boys, can't wait to work with you again soon! :) Thanks again for an awesome ceilidh! "

"Book this band now!! I booked this band for my 50th and they was fantastic. Kept us dancing all night with a constant flow of music and the set list was spot on. The DJ service was great too and all band members acted professional through out the night."
