"Hi Dermot Just to thank you for your and the band's entertainment gig at our daughters's recent wedding. It was obvious that each band member was a professional both in proficency of instrument and presentation of the music. I was also impressed with the mix of old classical Irish (re O'Carolan) and the more recent lively musical pieces. Indeed, the songs also exhibited this diversity with noted classics and singalong standards. It was assuring when the band arrived with ample time for set-up and ready to play on cue. Thanks again. "Kip and his crew were excellent from the word go. We incorporated our first dance into the ceilidh and added bridal party and parents. This was excellent, Kip talked us through it as a group and away we went. Our special moment was great fun for us and all of our guests. They did a great job of involving everybody old and young and all our guests said they had a great time. It was good fun and a great laugh. We would highly recommend them to anybody. "

"Excellent performance and service provided by RJ at our wedding. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the performance and worked well with our more relaxed guests for background music and the performance would have us recommend to all. We learned our first dance song and loved dancing to it. Can’t thank you enough for making the journey 10/10!"

"We very much enjoyed having The Blue Jewel Celidh Band at our Platinum Jubilee Hoe Down event. Marquee based. Fantastic, lively tunes and the caller made sure everyone was included and were able to follow. They played us off our feet! Much fun was had by all! Throughout the planning they were easily contactable and very accommodating. Highly recommended!"

"We hired the band many months ago. The communication has been great. On the night they came and set up easily without needing extra help so the party could continue. The music was great and the calling made following the steps really easy. Every single party goer joined in. They did a great job. Now to find the next event to invite them to ...."
