"I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you all for a most memorable ceilidh at Ross and Susie’s wedding on 6th October. We have had many compliments on your ceilidh band and the dancing, and with many coming from a bunch of southerners, that is praise indeed! The calling and walk-throughs were just right and enabled anyone who wanted to, to join in. I was so pleased to see the dance floor full all night and everyone having such fun. Your playlist was very well thought out with a good array of well known dances and one or two lesser known but all good fun and not so complicated, all with tunes of a good pace. My sister came off after dancing the Cumberland Square (?) saying “That was great, I’ve always wanted to learn that one!” My knees have not recovered yet from all the dancing- but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am sure Ross and Susie will thank you themselves in due course. In the meantime I shall thank you once again. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family for a great ceilidh night."

"Many thanks for a stonking set you put on for us, it was exactly what we wanted. Hoping you also enjoyed yourselves. Hope the beer, etc. was to you taste. Apologies for the short food rations, we were expecting to have loads left over for the evening ------ I have a very greedy family. Should we have another DO we know where to come. "Fantastic band. Made it a proper party. Their music got everyone on the dance floor. Great pre- event communications with a member of the band. They delivered exactly what we wanted. Can not recommend highly enough."

Rebecca was amazing, playing just the right repertoire for the occasion, and everyone in the room loved what she did - and the majority of us work in the music industry, so she had a tough audience! Several people stopped me and Elaine saying WHAT a GREAT GROUP you are. I cannot thank you enough for your brilliant musicianship?? You really did us and your selves proud . "Blue Jewel created a wonderful evening for our Golden Wedding party, which was enjoyed by all our family and friends. Everyone joined in the dancing and had such fun trying out new dances to the lovely music played by the band. We especially enjoyed the blessing dance which caused much hilarity and laughter. "Well, where do I start, was so easy to book an event with this band, contact via email - was always responded to, and very accommodating. The event went without a hitch. Very clear instructions throughout the evening. Would highly recommend."

"Devon Duo are AMAZING! We seriously can not recommend them highly enough - they played at our wedding on 3.9.16; it absolutely poured with rain during our ceremony (yes outdoor ceremony..) at which they were playing us down the aisle, but they were so completely un-phased at the last minute dash for cover, playing all the songs we requested. In the evening, they returned to play for our after-party in a high top tipi - and had every single one of our guests dancing, smiling and having a brilliant time! The rain had caused some electrical difficulties, but again, they took to it like absolute pros until the issue was sorted. They are just so talented and their songs went down a storm, with our guests even asking for a on core (which they kindly did!). They played a mix of up-beat folksy / 50s rock songs, every single one of which was a massive crowd pleaser. Everyone has been commenting on how amazing they were and how much fun they had! 'Best wedding band ever' was a common review... thanks SO much guys! Matthew & Beth xx Book them, book them NOW!"
