"Davie, I don’t know where to start by thanking you boys for Friday night. There were over 100 peeps there and I would say nearly everyone has commented on how brilliant you were and how you made the night. Big Andy(the big fat loud boy) thinks you’re even better now compared to the wedding and we thought you were awesome then. Everybody had a great time which is mainly down to you guys. We’ve not stopped talking about it since. Hopefully, our paths will meet to let us get Shoogled once more. Pass our regards to the boys. "I just wanted to get in touch regarding the above booking for our wedding to thank you and your team very much indeed for such a fantastic job providing the ceilidh music. The music itself was absolutely first rate and a number of guests have specifically complemented us on this. You made a very valued contribution to such a special day for us and the atmosphere in the room when the dancing was in full swing was just brilliant. A particularly memorable moment of the whole day for me was the packed dance floor giving it their all to a Strip the Willow with the James Bond theme tune being worked into the music - absolutely superb! "

"Blue Jewel were absolutely fantastic at our April wedding! Many of our guests had never been to a Ceilidh before, but Steve and the band made sure that everyone got involved and had a brilliant time - I think everyone made it to the dance floor at some point, and many never left! The band were flexible with timings on the night and professional throughout, making for a truly enjoyable evening. We are so pleased that we booked you, and highly recommend you to anyone considering a Ceilidh. Thanks again, Hannah and Joe x"

"We would like to thank you for being part of our wedding day! You helped make our day very special the music you played created a beautiful atmosphere and made our wedding ceremony personal. Our wedding guests really enjoyed listening to you play the harp. You were also very accommodating as you played request and played some nursery rhymes for our niece who sung along whilst you were playing. This was very kind of you and was a beautiful moment! You listened to our wishes and went out of your way to learn our favourite song the power of love which meant a lot to us. We would highly recommend you! You are very talented!"

"We hired John and his band as a quintet for our wedding and what a wonderful choice. The guys travelled to the New Forest for us for our big day. Superb sound and multi talented. They provided a substantive song list to choose from plus a couple of extra requests. They had everyone up and rocking. Wonderful Irish sound and a memorable singalong to ‘Dirty Old Town’ to more modern music. On top of that lovely guys with a warm personality who really looked like they enjoyed performing. Recommended for any event. Many thanks for helping our day memorable. Paul and Jo"

"We really wanted a folk style band with a saxophone player which believe it or not seems to be harder to find than you would think and then we found you guys and we are so thankful that we chose you! Your performance from start to finish and you were all so lovely to have at our wedding. Huge thanks to Billy for also singing our first dance – it’s a moment we will cherish"

"I cannot fault this band in any way! We kept the ceilidh as a surprise for our wedding guests and it went down as well as we had hoped! The caller was excellent and all the guests engaged well and the dances were so fun and energetic. We have had so many compliments since our wedding about that and can't wait to see the professional photos because we know they will show just how much fun we had. The band then continued on for another hour playing covers of popular wedding songs which was also excellent. The band were very quick, efficient and professional, and the booking process, forms and numerous zoom calls made the whole thing very easy and stress-free. We really can't recommend this band enough!!"

"The Shooglers were incredible for our wedding reception. The Ceilidh calling was fantastic and the mix of Ceilidh folk and rock/pop beats was just amazing. The entire dance floor filled so fast! Not only were the Ceilidh tunes good the band also played some brilliant Beatles covers near the end after my wife and I spoke to them about how much we loved the Beatles. We now have lifetime memories on the dance floor from our wedding. Thank you so much to Davie and the guys from The Shooglers, you are awesome! "
