"It was a pleasure from start to finish working with Danny. He is such a fantastic singer and guitarist. His gentle nature but confident performance was amazing. He has a personable nature and his relaxed banter between songs is endearing. Everyone loved him. We had a local village night of entertainment with a very mixed clientele, all made comments to me about him being a wonderful “find”, all said they thoroughly enjoyed it. Some of the locals are also singers and band members and although their styles of music were different, they could all appreciate Danny’s immense talent. We can’t wait to have him back for future events. "

"Funk With Us played at our wedding this weekend and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! High energy, super helpful and just a pleasure to work with, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Lilac and Remko both spoke with us in advance to get to know us a little better and find out more about the type of music we were interested in. Lilac gave us a call in the lead up, was available via whatsapp and was just generally super helpful. On the night of our wedding the dance floor was always filled with everyone singing and dancing along and having a really great time! So, so, so pleased we booked Funk With Us, thanks for making our wedding evening so awesome! Thanks Lilac, Remko and the rest of the band!"

"The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "

"I booked Good Habits for my 40th boat birthday party after hearing them play at the Green Note in Camden. I always loved the cello and accordion, but what I like best of them is their songs and energy. They really set the tone for what was an amazing day and all my guests thought Good Habits were brilliant. Some of my friends have even been booking them for their events. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"This band is absolutely incredible both live and recorded. Live, they are hugely versatile and highly engaging, getting the audience on their feet dancing and singing along, or sitting back in awe as Amy hits those stunning high notes in Somewhere over the Rainbow. Their studio recordings are absolutely magical, I have them on repeat on all my playlists! My absolute favourite is Fotheringay for which they have a beautifully haunting music video too. Their own original songs are also absolutely fantastic, of indistinguishable quality from their covers. A great band recommended for any occasion."

"I cannot thank you enough for you and your band at my mums birthday party, it really was the best night we have had in ages. The effort by all of you far exceeded any expectation I had, never lone anyone else in the room. You didn’t just provide a band for the night, you all provided the entertainment, fun factor, the laughing (the workout!) and provided exactly and way more then I ever expected. The music was wonderful, jolly, filled gaps , catered to everyone’s ears from ages 2 - 80+ years! You made it easy to follow the dance steps and fun for absolutely everyone, whether they were dancing or just listening to the music. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone or use you all again in a heartbeat. So thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for providing one element that made the whole night. "Having worked with Danny previously in the theatre, I contacted him knowing of his professionalism and talent as a vocalist and musician. What did take me by surprise was his attention to detail and preparation, as he crafted some beautiful cover-songs for our day, which really was special. His relaxed charm, soulful voice, and spirited guitar-play all were perfection. The Missus & I could not recommend Danny highly enough - thank you, Sir! David T x"
