"Funk With Us played at our wedding last weekend and were absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend them for any wedding or other event. So many of our guests kept asking how we'd found them because they just blew everyone away with their vocals, energy, song choices and just all around fun! So so so good! It felt like Lilac and the rest of the band just brought the good times back! "

"We booked the two piece duo for our wedding band. They played a mixture of Ceilidh and disco music and they were perfect for our smaller wedding party of 40 people! They were very accommodating. Really good value for money, would recommend!"

"Hey guys, gutted I didn't even get to see the set, but people couldn't say enough good things about what a blinder you played. So many were completely blown away by the genius of the fusion. Was a pleasure to have met you boys, and hopefully, I'll actually get to see you in action at your next Glasgow show. "

"What a wonderful band. They absolutely nailed. Wonderful musicianship, amenable and flexible attitude with my ideas; they simply wanted to do their best to make it as good as they could. They deservedly got great applause from my appreciative guests. The caller, Geoff, also - for a reasonable extra charge - will entertain the kids and/or do some conjuring. His balloons were a huge hit; children running around having fun so the adults could enjoy the eve without being nagged by bored children. Also, during the dancing, Geoff came out with the occasional witty comment about me and the 'do' that were right on the money. I just cannot thank them enough not just for making it a wonderful evening, but wanting to make it a wonderful evening. What can I say? Well, as I started this review: What a wonderful band! "

(7th March 2026 Saturday Hammersmith Club Society limited, 11 Rutland Grove, Hammersmith, London, W6 9DH) You truly saved the day by stepping in at the last minute, and we were so impressed by how flexible and professional you were throughout. You guys were absolutely superb. We had a fantastic night dancing to your music and so many of the guests have asked us to pass on their thanks and how much they enjoy it. "These guys have a great repertoire of over 80 songs but what makes them stand out is their ability to engage the audience. Providing chorus sheets helped but everyone was really up for joining in and it was clear they were having great fun too. A brilliant night!!"

"Thank you so much for making my 60th birthday absolutely wonderful for me and all my family and friends. I'm quite glad loads didn't turn up as we would have had to go out of the fire doors into the carpark!! It was just great to see almost everyone getting up and dancing and as you've undoubtedly heard a thousand times - even those who never dance, got up and enjoyed themselves. I have had messages this morning from people saying what a wonderful evening it was and that I should hold an annual event!!! ..Once again, thank you so much you were fantastic. "

"I always love watching the Kindred Spirit Duo playing a gig, because their brilliant folk-rock/pop covers never fail to get me and my friends up dancing the night away. They play a great selection of songs and every one seems to be my favourite, Elaine's vocals and guitar playing are superb and Martin is a virtuoso on the electric violin. They both have great personalities and stage presence and are highly recommended by me :-)"

"I saw these guys play at Rock the Boat pub festival in May this year. They brought good vibes and everybody had a fun time. Lots of jigs and reels to get everyone up moving as well as great harmonies and great playing."
