"Lilac, Hilary and Remko recently played at a private party I organised for my wife's 50th Birthday and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They were everything you would want a band to be - helpful and adaptable in terms of agreeing the set list, professional and communicative throughout, incredibly efficient on set-up and ultimately outstanding performers. Not just in terms of playing and singing, but also in terms of stagecraft and working the crowd. We had an amazing knees-up dancing to Irish reels, folk songs and modern Irish hits in rapid rotation. Not only that but the guys hung on for a couple of hours after the performance and chatted with all of the guests and were a tremendous addition to the bonhomie of the evening. Snap them up, they are a rare and delightful band."

"The band were faultless, they set up quickly and quietly with no fuss. Played two sets with disco in between and afterwards. The songs were all current and excellently performed, filling the dance floor from the first dance to the last. I'd thoroughly recommend them; Brilliant."

"I have seen Danny play numerous times, solo or with his band, and he has always had a terrific response from his audience. He has played twice at shows I have promoted and is professional, charming and engages with his audience wonderfully. His original material is immediately accessible and he puts his own unique stamp on covers without alienating fans of the original, whether it be Springsteen, Petty, Dylan (or even Geldof!). I know nothing about playing guitar but two members of the audience who have played for years sought me out to compliment the remarkably able playing of this young man. Reaction through our Facebook page to his latest appearance included *excellent* *beautiful* *brilliant* - enough said!"

"Hi Glen , you were amazing at my beautiful party last Sunday. A big thankyou to you and Paul for entertaining us all at my 70th birthday celebrations! You were wonderful, enjoyed by all. The weather was fantastic and you looked great sat up on your stage. Your repertoire was fab and like I said all my guests and my family thoroughly enjoyed listening to you! Some of us even had a little dance. I was so lucky with the weather, I get very emotional talking about it as I loved it so much and will remember it forever. "The band were wonderful at my party. Everyone loved the music and Kip was so patient explaining the steps. They were really flexible and tailored the whole evening to what we wanted. Lip was very reassuring prior to the party answering all my queries. I would highly recommend them and would love the same party every year!"

"We want to thank It's No' Reel for a fabulous experience. They were professional from start to finish and their organisation is excellent. They were very open to be being flexible with the ceilidh and disco options. We even had a Skype call just to introduce each other and to explain what we wanted which is much better than email. The ceilidh was brilliant and as we had friends and family from different countries, the calling was clear and easy to understand. Everyone had so much fun, it was the perfect end to the day. Afterwards we received a video montage of the ceilidh which we have shared with our friends and family, a lovely added extra which we were not expecting. If you are looking for a ceilidh band, I would DEFINITELY recommend It's No' Reel, if you have half as much fun as we did you will not be disappointed!"
