"You need to hear these guys! We wanted a band that would be able to get both our grandparents and our little nieces and nephews on the dance floor and they did not fail. The band were perfect for our wedding and we wish we could do the whole night again! "

"Hi Davie and the band, Now that the wedding is over and we are back from our honeymoon?, I just wanted to send you a massive thank you for the awesome night of dancing we had last weekend at our wedding at Lands of Loyal Hotel in Alyth. You have got to be the best ceilidh band I have ever heard!! The rocky and fast paced sets were just unreal to dance to and all our Irish guests loved learning how to ceilidh dance. "Following many hours of researching for a ceilidh band for our wedding (August 2021), we decided on Blue Jewel. After an evening of brilliant music, lively calling and enthusiastic dancing, we now simply cannot recommend them enough. They are an incredibly friendly group who worked in partnership with us on the day to help create an evening that we will never forget. With a series of different dances (led by clear and directive calling), all creating a sea of smiles and energy, they are an incredibly talented group. And even despite a slight delay in the timings (from our side), they were both patient and understanding. "

"Becky was absolutely fabulous, we are so glad that we chose her. I had a sense that she would be good, based on the videos and reviews on your site but she exceeded all expectations. Her style, professionalism and approach to the music was perfect and very fitting for the occasion. I know that my mum would have been very pleased. We have had many positive comments on the event and Becky's contribution most certainly raised the whole thing to a higher level of experience."

"……a HUGE thank you Murphy’s Lore, for an amazing evening of fantastic music, great entertainment and wonderful atmosphere ! You matched the dances perfectly to take into account the extreme heat and the great age range …….. just 4 years old to 84 …… Great calling and encouragement ( in the heat !) Noeleen ….. you are amazing !!! My personal favourite has to be the last dance the coil and processional “wedding dance “ ….. brilliant !!! I've had loads of great feedback from friends and family re the FUN that they all had …. whether it was dancing themselves or watching others’ varying attempts …. What a laugh !!! July 2026"

"I honestly can’t thank Danny enough for singing during the drinks reception at my wedding on Saturday; from first contact to the end of his performance he was just a delight and I was thrilled we chose him! I asked him for a certain style of songs (mainly Christmas ones) and he performed them so beautifully. He made the whole atmosphere amazing and my little nieces couldn’t stop dancing! He even stayed to say goodbye which was so sweet and I knew I had made the right choice. If you’re considering a singer, don’t hesitate to get him booked! I’m already thinking of reasons to book again! Thank you so so much!! Xx"
