"My husband and I were delighted with Blue Jewel who recently played at our wedding reception. Kip was quick to reply to all communications, relaxed at the event (we were running 15 mins behind), and was fantastic at making guests feel involved by learning names and getting the children to do a demonstration. He also followed my request to have a last dance to say goodbye to our guests. It was just what we wanted. Thank you Kip and Co! "

Jo’s voice is stunning and she sings with such passion that you can feel the music The guys are all very talented musicians who complement each other and the vocals perfectly! "I run a venue which hosts parties and promotional events for the alcohol and beverages industry. Mozel Tov Cocktails played at our celebration of the end of Prohibition. They did a stomping set well suited the event, and even mixed in some live electro-swing which went down a storm with the clients. We liked them so much we booked them again a few months later for the Glasgow Art School Archetects graduation ball. If you like totally authentic gypsy jazz and swing as well as bit of klezmer this is your band. In a nutshell: fun, dedicated, authentic virtuosic professionals."

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh band were absolutely amazing at our wedding, I cannot rate them highly enough. They were so understanding about us running slightly behind schedule. The music was incredible and got everyone dancing. Kip was also a great caller - really easy instructions to follow and very funny. I even asked for a Welsh tune to be played and one band member actually composed one himself and performed it on the day. I'm unbelievably impressed with this band, and if you're thinking about booking, I'd highly recommend."

"Lilac, Remko and the band organised a great evening of line dancing for 80 teenagers. After some initial reluctance they were soon tapping away and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. After a pizza break they then chilled to the sounds of the band. Thank you very much indeed and we will certainly be inviting the Band back."

"Although I was busy with guests and getting tea and supper ready, what I heard for Francis and Janet was absolutely lovely. The guests who were enjoying tea in the garden , listening and watching them said just how much they enjoyed it and how beautifully they played. So a big thank you.."
