"I booked Craigi Ceilidh Band through Last Minute Musicians for a barn dance for my 25 year old son. The booking was completed very easily, and I was kept informed at all times. The event was a huge success, the band arrived in plenty of time to set up and entertained early guests with background music before the main event. They managed to get all our guests up and dancing - I have never been to a dance where the men had to dance together - but they were all so keen to join in. I would have no hesitation to book through LMM again, and Craigie Ceilidh band would be my first choice."

"This band are the best in the west! Kip is a brilliant caller - he puts people at their ease and makes it all such fun. Musically the band are top notch - Steve is a brilliant fiddler and they are all so on it and experienced that you know you are in very safe hands. I would recommend them very highly. "

"Hello Fiddlestix, We are just away on holiday but wanted to thank you, the band and your fabulous caller for getting our daughter’s wedding reception off to such a great start! We knew we had a few guests who would definitely get up and take part, but to have so many joining in the fun and to hear all of the glowing compliments afterwards was great! The cheesy disco afterwards was good fun too, but I think partly that was down to the fact everyone had had such a great laugh with their attempts at barn dancing and were keen to stay on the dance floor! "The Shooglers have played for us twice now and I can't wait to get them booked for next year! They have been a huge hit at both charity ceilidhs which we have organised, people attending telling us how great they thought they were. The band are so easy to work with, they are a friendly bunch and are very talented. Their music is fantastic, it's such a relief knowing that if anything else goes wrong on the night that the music will be first class. They have banter with the guests, and call dances brilliantly. They are definitely going to be the first people I get in touch with when I start organising next year's ceilidh. I'd recommend them to everyone, I've already passed on contact details to several people who loved their sound. "We just wanted to say a big thank you for playing at our wedding…You were great and lots of people have said how much they enjoyed the ceilidh, including us! It was brilliant to see the dance floor full all night, and it looked like everyone was having lots of fun, which is just what we had hoped for! "I cannot fault this band in any way! We kept the ceilidh as a surprise for our wedding guests and it went down as well as we had hoped! The caller was excellent and all the guests engaged well and the dances were so fun and energetic. We have had so many compliments since our wedding about that and can't wait to see the professional photos because we know they will show just how much fun we had. The band then continued on for another hour playing covers of popular wedding songs which was also excellent. The band were very quick, efficient and professional, and the booking process, forms and numerous zoom calls made the whole thing very easy and stress-free. We really can't recommend this band enough!!"

"We had these guys at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village for New Year, and I cannot rate them highly enough! Made my job easier, allowed me to mingle with the guests, and make their night a little bit better. Very professional on stage, had the dancefloor filled all night long, I don't know how the dancers danced or as long as they did! If you are humming and hawing about booking these guys, just do it, you won't regret it!"
