"Thank you guys for making our wedding day so special. The barn dance was brilliant! We all loved it and we have had so many comments about how good the barn dance was and what fun everybody had. I do wish we had booked you for longer, but then also wish it had not rained. .Thank you so much again, and if you could pass our comments on to the other guys. So many people said it was the best wedding ever and that was helped by you guys."

"Brilliant band for my sons charity night in Northampton. I booked a 5 piece as I wanted a fiddle player, great musicians, Steve top singer, Luke the engineer was really kind and very helpful with a video link of Zac. "We wish to thank you all for such a wonderful evening on Saturday. Several people have asked us for your details. We have been asked if we'll have another barn dance in 10 years time. However, one dear work colleague suggested we hold another more quickly for my retirement... and it was suggested in two weeks time...!!!! We had so many phone calls the next day saying how much people enjoyed themselves."

"We are so grateful to Black Velvet Ceilidh Trio for making our fundraising ceilidh a great success with delightful music and dancing. The level of challenge of the dances was pitched just right to tempt our guests (who were aged from 4 to 84) to have a go – and they all came away with big smiles on their faces! Phil – the band’s friendly caller – gave just the right amount of instruction and then a quick recap before each dance and was happy to adapt dances to suit some of the children. Arrangements and payment were all handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you so much for helping us raise over £300 for our cause!"

"Everyone really enjoyed it" Thank you Mick and the Wraggle Taggle band for an excellent Saturday afternoon (22nd July 2023 Saturday Lauderdale House, Waterlow Park, , Highgate Hill, London N6 5HG). Everyone really enjoyed it. Shame we couldn't stay and join in but it would.have been too much for Paul. Sheer determination and steroids were the only thing that worked plus 3 guys to get him downstairs. Still we now have all the memories and photos to enjoy. "Luisa was an incredible addition to our wedding day - listening back to clips of her playing brings the two of us to tears with all the happy memories it brings back, and our guests thought she was wonderful. We appreciated how flexible she was, moving around so we could hear her better, and learning a song specifically for us. She was a delight, and we're very grateful.
