"Kip and his crew were excellent from the word go. We incorporated our first dance into the ceilidh and added bridal party and parents. This was excellent, Kip talked us through it as a group and away we went. Our special moment was great fun for us and all of our guests. They did a great job of involving everybody old and young and all our guests said they had a great time. It was good fun and a great laugh. We would highly recommend them to anybody. "

"Carl and I were honoured to have you perform at our wedding at Stockwith Mill. Wow! We couldn’t have picked anyone better and more fitting and you were a massive contributor to our perfect day. The cover of Home for our first dance was amazing and better than I would have ever imagined, I have played it over and over. So many of our guests complimented on how amazing you were. "I cannot say enough about how fantastic Danny was at our wedding. We were let down 3 weeks prior to our date, not for the first time, and I had lost faith in anyone being professional and reliable at this point. Even though Danny had a previous booking on our date, because ours was an earlier time slot, he willingly accepted our booking. I had a specific aisle song that I wanted playing outdoors and after waiting 18 months to hear it from our previous band, Danny had the first audio draft sent to me within 2 days. Upon hearing the first sentence of 7 words I was in tears, and knew that this was our version of the song. Danny was sat on a log stump outdoors with just his guitar playing to our guests as they arrived, and as I began walking through the field he sang the perfect rendition of our song. He then played another set to welcome our guests inside the tipi and everything was perfect. We didn't have a lot of time to chat on the day, but the music I could hear and the happiness of our guests said everything we needed to know. Danny is not only a very talented musician with a stunning live vocal, but also very down to earth but very professional. I'm not sure what event I will need entertainment for again in the future, but if I do, this is who I will be booking."

"For 13 years I have coordinated highly successful ceilidh dances in Bishopbriggs High School and now the new Bishopbriggs Academy. These Christmas dances are the culmination of 3 weeks of social dance with all year groups and it it a priority of mine that we have live music to create an upbeat atmosphere. I consider it part of my job to ensure these traditional dances are taught in school in a way pupils will enjoy and will perpetuate. This year I secured the services of The Shooglers for our S5/6 dance. The evening was a fantastic success and enjoyed immensely by pupils and staff alike. The band worked a perfect blend of traditional Scottish dance tunes with contemporary music the pupils are familiar with, which heightened their participation in – and positive attitude to – “social dancing”. I have already asked the band to perform at next year’s S5/6 dance in the school. I know it will be a special occasion. I recommend The Shooglers unreservedly to anyone hosting school dances, weddings or any kind of function. "

"I hired the The Might Craic’s Josh to sing at my post wedding party in a pub. Although id booked them to play early, he had the whole pub dancing at three in the afternoon. He was great Craic my wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The music was great, and judged the songs to the audience perfectly to keep everyone dancing. Would defiantly recommend him and use them again for the next family event or party. "

"Kip and the band were fantastic. We had a big Irish wedding with my family who had all come over for the occasion and the band did not disappoint. I requested an extra instrument and we just wanted session music and they delivered in style. I would highly recommend for a fantastic authentic Irish band to keep people up on the dance floor. "Wow where do we begin! Stargazers played at our wedding last Saturday and they honestly helped make the day perfect! From dealing with Rhona by email/ phone before the big day to their performance they were all so professional and helpful and were happy to adapt to exactly what you want. Their set list is incredible and their talent is even better! They are so tight as a band and feel the vibe of the room making changes in the moment to keep everyone up and dancing! We also had an acoustic set in the afternoon which we would also highly recommend, they set the scene for a great day and we would suggest anyone looking for a band for any occasion should go for these guys!"
