"From the initial enquiry right the way through to the event, both the service and level of communication was excellent. Definitely highly recommend the service offered by LastMinuteMusicians. But, more importantly, Josh was absolutely amazing, and he soon had everyone singing along, clapping and dancing from the off. And bearing in mind our event was a small family gathering of around 30 people (in our garden) to celebrate our son's wedding, with an age range of 1 - 75 years, that was no mean feat ! Our small grandchildren really enjoyed every song and Josh responded amazingly by playing the songs that kept everyone dancing. It was so lovely to see them enjoying the live music, and we have lovely photos and videos to treasure. Thank you so much, you delivered on all counts"

"The music really did make our wedding reception in July! Excellent Ceilidh that got all of our guests on their feet and smiling followed by a set of real crowd pleasers. Everyone was so helpful and lovely to engage with. Thank you for the wonderful memories!"

"We hired Dermot to play at our wedding last week as a duo. We wanted an Irish band to play during our canapés & drinks reception, all our guest said how fantastic they were & enjoyed the music. "We can't recommend Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band enough. They were such a great addition to our wedding and everyone said afterwards how much they'd enjoyed it. Kip was a great caller, fantastic with the children and got everyone involved."

"The performers were brilliant. Ours was a slightly different gig: a St Patrick's Day celebration just in our front room in a terraced house with a small (about 8 people) audience. They played without a p.a system and it was an intimate, enjoyable gig with everyone joining in with the songs. LMM were great: friendly, efficient and prompt with contracts and arrangements. I'd definitely do it again."

"Good Habits were the perfect addition to our wedding day - with such a unique combination of instruments, we wanted to see what they were like before we booked them, so we went to one of their gigs. What a night! We booked them straight away for our wedding and had an amazing night - we loved it and our guests had a great time. Would highly recommend!"

"Hi John, It's Ruth here - the Birthday girl from the Klezmer Keilidh on 20th Apr. I wanted to thank you and Band for a simply wonderful evening. Everyone had a fabulous time, people have come up and said to me "as soon as the Band started playing" they just had to "get up and dance!" Another friend said that he had the "Best fun ever" The first piece was great at getting everyone up and involved. Really fun. Then I appreciated being able to lead Tsadik Katamar, and Jerusalama. Having some dances in 2s, and other in 3s allowed for those who came as a couple, or who came on their own to join with others. Thank you so, so much, again. Best wishes, Ruth"

"I have been a fan of Kelly's Heroes for many years. I never tire of hearing them. As we say in Ireland the Craics always good at their gig. I think the secrets are they are accomplished musicians no weakness in any department. Hugh range of songs and tunes! Tony who fronts the band makes everyone feel welcomed and encourages joining in the choruses. I would recommend them every time. Cracking live band and with their any CDs you can take them home after the gig! "

"We had such good feedback about your performance! Everyone that came had a great time and that's definitely down to the superb music and also the very well-explained and inclusive calling. I honestly would not have believed that the majority of people dancing were new to ceilidh dancing from watching them, they all took to it really fast. We'd love it if you'd like to play again as the band was definitely the key to the success of the night."

"I just have to share how incredible the Agra acoustic Duo are. From the moment they began singing, it was clear we were witnessing something really special. Their voices blended so effortlessly, full of emotion, power, and control — the kind of performance that gives you goosebumps and stays with you long after it ends. But what made the experience even more memorable was who they are as people. Warm, genuine, and so full of heart, they brought such a lovely energy that made everyone feel welcome and connected. It’s rare to come across artists who are not only exceptionally talented but also truly kind and humble. An unforgettable performance by two beautiful souls — I can’t recommend them highly enough."

Being asked to play for a wake is one of the greatest honours a musician can receive. But to be so welcomed and looked after on the day by such wonderful people is a true blessing. We were immeasurably glad to get to meet Carol and her delightful family and friends, and through them, get to know a little more about the incredible Eileen. "We booked the The Mighty Craic for my sisters wedding after seeing them perform at Cheltenham Races where they had a huge crowd going wild! They had the same desired effect at the wedding where everyone loved them, their music appealing to young and old with a varied repertoire of Irish music and hits and crowd pleasers from Elvis to Oasis. They were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - I would not hesitate to recommend them."
