I know that I enjoyed your music enormously and so many guests commented on your very professional playing and the entertaining style of your music and felt it was just right for the evening. With all good wishes for future successes and renewed thanks for everything, including juggling the time table slightly to accommodate late dinner arrivals and sausage and bacon sandwich distribution! "Everyone had a fabulous time at the Ceilidh on Friday night. Most people were beginners at the event but Sarah, the caller, got everyone dancing away. She was very clear, so everyone knew exactly what they should be doing and there weren't too many toes stepped on! It was great fun and the musicians were professional and sounded great. We all had a lovely time dancing and listening to the band. Vikki"

"I finally went along to see G Celtic Folk Rock Band when they played at the Old Printworks in Wakefield, close to where I live. I've known Chris for over thirty years. Knew he played fiddle in several different bands over the years and decided it was high time I made the effort! I wasn't disappointed. I was expecting straight Irish folk music but they have a blend of rock, folk, Irish, Yorkshire ballads. Great music, very tight sound with a nod and a wink to traditional Irish and not so traditional ballads. Great musicians who play well together. I intended staying for a couple of pints but stayed the entire evening. Great show boys! See you next time!"

"Words cannot describe how pleased we are about the exceptional entertainment provided by Dave, Mike and Gerry at our wedding in Durham. Their fantastic repertoire truly added a special and unique touch to our evening, and provided many of our guests from all corners the world a wonderful introduction to British folk music. Not to mention how patient and friendly their caller Dave was especially in teaching the dances to our guests, many of whom had never danced a Ceilidh before. In addition, their cheerfulness and easygoing disposition really helped us and our guests have a marvellous time. To this day, our guests still constantly praise the ceilidh music provided during the evening. Thank you so much and we would recommend them over and over again to anyone seeking quality entertainment for any event."

"We hired Platinum for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. Easy and thoughtful communication before the big day, punctual arrival etc, but much more importantly - the music was AMAZING! So many of our guests commented on how fantastic the band were and we completely agree! Amazing vocals, band, repertoire and they performed our first dance so beautifully! Plus they are all so lovely and friendly, I would highly recommend!!"
