"Just wanted to write to say sincere thanks to you, Gerry and Mike for making our Burns Night so special last night. You created a fantastic and fun atmosphere with your talented playing, vocals and humour while your efforts to organise our dances were much appreciated and enthusiastically received by all. Numerous members of our gathering mentioned to me how much they enjoyed the band. That was also backed up by how ready people were to get up to take part in the dances. You all made the night great fun and memorable and I look forward to seeing you all again at any function in the future including our next Burns Night Supper. "Huw was a resident musician at our Battersea Park gigs where he played 3 hour sets to thousands of people. His repertoire is wide-ranging and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. If you would like to discuss this further please don’t hesitate to get in touch. "

"This is the 3rd year we have had the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band play for our event. They really add to the event in terms of the atmosphere, structure and fun they bring. We were sold out of tickets in the lead up to the event as people eagerly anticipated our annual ceilidh. The band are professional and talented. They brought some great dances which we had not seen before and some old favourites. We are already talking about next year's event with them!"

"What a night! We booked Absolute for our wedding night on the 1st Sept in Worthing and were not left disappointed. The dance floor was full the whole time and they played great music all night. I've had numerous wedding guests send me texts and tell me personally that Absolute were the best band they've seen at a wedding and were asking for their details. "Rowan provided background music before and during the ceremony and played a song I requested for walking down the aisle- it was beautiful. Piper was fantastic! We had the quartet for the ceilidh and it was brilliant! I loved every minute, and so did my guests! Highly recommend! "
