"Hi Steve, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the party on Saturday night, it went down a storm! My wife loved it (she's the important one, as it was her surprise party), and so did everybody else! Even the couple of teenagers that were there joined in! It literally was 8 to 80 years old's, although in didn't notice my mother in law dancing (she has had both hips replaced). I thoroughly recommend 'Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band' and will pass on your details to anybody looking for entertainment! Thanks again! Kevin "

"Had our annual undergraduate ball at The Balmoral last week. Was a great night and that was in large part down to The Northern Reel Collective's awesome performance. The ceilidh was undoubtedly the highlight of the night. Would highly recommend them to anyone else running an event. Quite simply, a fantastic ceilidh band!"

"Kellys Heroes performed a Ceilidh and played some of their amazing songs at our wedding in March 2019. We had previously seen them perform in Nottingham at the City Arts Folk Proms, and had initially only intended to have a Ceilidh, though after hearing Tony's vocals, we knew that our wedding guests would love to hear them as well! The entire band are so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and were amazing at our wedding. We highly recommend you to book Kellys Heroes for any events you may have - they will not disappoint! Everyone loved them at our wedding, and are still talking about them!"

"The band played at our wedding on 23rd July 2022 and we’re incredible. Whilst everyone was having drinks and chatting after dinner, the band set up with seamless transition and started our evening party with a great set. They do something for everyone, we had the oldies up dancing alongside our young guests, and all having a good hearty sing along. And the Irish twist to the set was so much fun. Something different to a standard cover band. It was this part of the set that our guests still talk about. Thank you for giving us a the best end to our wonderful day. "Annasach played for our wedding in June 2018 near Livingston, where most of the guests were not regular ceilidh goers but almost all got up to give it a go! Thanks to the team for the rousing tunes and good calling, which made even the novices feel that they could join in the fun. We loved Auld Lang Syne at the end too - a brilliant end to our special day. Annasach were easy to deal with and professional from the beginning, we would definitely recommend them to others looking for a ceilidh band for their event. We look forward to attending one of their public ceilidhs again soon!"

"I just have to thank Black Velvet Band for the great job they did at my 70th birthday ceilidh in Bristol on 24th June. I had such a great time, and that was partly down to the three of them working hard, and giving us great music to dance to. I danced every dance and enjoyed it so much. When the caller was explaining how to reel I thought, "Uh oh, this'll be fun!" and it certainly was ... I haven't laughed so much in ages. So, well done everyone involved, and if we ever have another I'll be sure to contact you again."

"​Katie and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to pass on our thanks to the guys for this Saturday at Cote How as it was an absolutely brilliant evening, and everyone had a great time. The guys from the band were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful on the night and were really nice all round personally too. Needless to say, we had a mixture of amateurs, those who have done quite a view barn dances and then the down right dreadful (think that’s the group I was in "
