"Rebecca helped to make our day very special. She was very professional, didn't need any involvement from us on the day (which was really good). She played exactly what we had selected to the highest standard, and added to the whole ambience of the day. We would not hesitate to recommend her and our guests were all as impressed as we were. A truly beautiful addition to a really lovely day."

"Hello Philip, This is Heather Clark I booked you last year, for a 60th birthday party at Newtongrange Mining Museum which was a fantastic night and Stuart whose party it was loved every moment of it especially when he dressed up as Elvis ..you and the other members of your band were fantastic with all the special people who were at the party ..would it be possible to book you again for a lady we support who will be 80 in July and its being held at St Matthews hall in Rosewell its a bigger hall but I think the 4 piece would be good ..hope to hear from you soon."

The ceilidh/disco combination suited everybody, and we were delighted that you were able to persuade so many people to join in. The instruction you provided was just right, gently mocking our general ineptitude and praising effusively when we got something right! We would definitely be happy to ask you to perform at our next daughter’s wedding (but I’m hoping this will be a few years in the future …). "Hi Fiddlestix! We absolutely loved our barn dance and had the most amazing time!! Thankyou all so very much and thanks again for performing the special song for us to all have a slow dance to, we really appreciated it!!!!! All our guests said how lovely the whole thing was! I just felt so awful that you didn’t get your platter of food, I’m so so sorry, I promise you it was all arranged and paid for but the pub completely forgot apparently, I was not best pleased!! There wasn’t even enough food for the rest of the guests really as so many more came than we anticipated!!!!! Anyway thanks again for being amazing ❤️ Love Zoe and Hannah xxx "

"Big thanks to Davie, Stevie and Gordon of The Shooglers for playing at my wedding at Killearn Village Hall. They were great at talking us through the dances as half of our guests had no previous experience of ceilidh dancing. Their rocky twist is done fantastically well and they cleverly link classic rock songs into the traditional ceilidh music. We first saw them play at the ghillie dhu and so I can safely say they are very versatile with the events they play. The guys are very down to earth and easy to sort out the logistics through email. Thanks again guys, we will definitely look out for you if you play any public events again! "

Everyone had so much fun, I'm definitely glad that we found a real Scottish Ceilidh band. "It was our first visit to the Harry Paye celebrations in Poole & we found you guys (Murphy's Lore Trio) by sheer luck! We were there to join in with the Pirates shenanigans on Saturday, but wanted to enjoy any Friday night rampaging that might be going on first! "Ceilidh With Us were amazing! We hired them for a post wedding celebration party and they were everything we wanted them to be. Super helpful in all the contact in the run up to the event and made us feel very relaxed. On the day they could not have been nicer and were super flexible/helpful. The caller for the Ceilidh was excellent - kept our guests very entertained! Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend you to anyone."

"Thank you so much for the barndance for the youth orchestra on Monday. It was fantastic. The dances were great for our range of students and got them mixing superbly. To see our youngest Y5 student dancing with one of our tallest 6th formers was a sight to behold! The whole evening was simply brilliant - I don’t think I recall one before when everyone joined in every single dance. ""
