"We would like to say thank you again for playing at our wedding last month, you really added something special to the celebration. From the earliest planning stages it was very important to me that we would have a piper playing some of the tunes I knew from all the Highland Games my dad took me to as a youngster. I had the window open in the room at the hotel where I was getting ready so I could hear you clearly. You were brilliant on the day, going above and beyond the call of duty throughout, and were glad we chose you. It was very good of you to stay on as long as you did. We hadn't even considered being piped into the meal, but it was a lovely way to introduce the next part of the day. Very best wishes, and thanks again. Neil & Anna. PS: Thanks for "Hector the Hero". "Thank you Blue Jewel for making the night so memorable! Everything we hoped and more. We hired a barn in the middle of nowhere for our wedding anniversary, and Blue Jewel came and made the night something special to remember. The band were so easy going and they sounded brilliant live. The caller made it so easy to follow we had 8 year old children dancing with grans and granddads. My aunt said afterwards 'it's impossible NOT to have a smile on your face as you to this!'. I can't put it any better than that. Everyone had a great time. I would 100% recommend, we hope to see you chaps again in the future at our next gig! x"

"Mark and his band played last night for my birthday party and they were fantastic, they quickly had everyone up on there feet, nobody wanted the night to end, we could of danced all through the night if we were allowed! Number one complaint about the night from friends today, was how there legs hurt so much today from all the dancing! Mark and his band were highly professional and there sound was fantastic, thank you so much Party Sound for making my evening so special. We would highly recommend this band to anyone and will know doubt ask them to play for us again in the future."

"No one talks about our wedding without mentioning the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band. These talented musicians provided the perfect end to the perfect day. Somehow everyone, even the shyest of our guests, got up and danced the night away with the infectious enthusiasm of the band. The ceilidh provided a relaxed, fun way for all of our guests to mix and meet one another, and allowed us to dance with everyone! Both myself and my husband adore folk music, and we could not have chosen a friendlier, more talented band than the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band. A particular highlight was when the band performed a traditional wedding piece, where all of our guests danced around us who were sat in the middle! I cannot recommend this band enough, wonderfully warm people with superb talent. Obviously we were on a budget paying for a whole wedding, but these guys are very reasonably priced and deliver much more than the price we paid. Thank you all very, very much for giving us the wedding reception we dreamed of."

"We hired It's No' Reel for our English/Scottish wedding and they had guests of all ages up on the dance floor immediately. We were inundated with well-deserved compliments on our choice of band all night and our wedding was fantastically fun and family friendly thanks to them. The guys are all unbelievably talented musicians and it is testament to their skill that a group of three individuals could keep 100 adults and 20 children entertained for a whole evening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any event - they made our day! There were a couple of things on the day that completely outshone our expectations and these guys were one of them. What a fun night of dancing!"
