"Dear Davie and all the band, just to say the very biggest of thank you for Saturday night - you were just brilliant, everything and more that we could have wanted from our wedding band, and we have had so many comments and compliments from everyone who was there about you - I have a feeling many of them will remember when organising their future events as you guys just take ceilidh to a whole new level. We had an absolute ball reeling our way round, especially for 'Another Brick in the Dashing White Sergeant', and the Cumberland reel was utterly Epic - not one we had in fact danced before but definitely the best of the night!! And had so much fun with the rock side - all the family were up and going for their favourites. Hope you had fun and managed to squeeze in a bacon roll and some cake - and a beer or two!! Thanks again! "

"We hired Luisa for our wedding last month. We were extremely impressed with the service provided, Sarah-Jane was really helpful in the lead up to the event answering all my questions and making sure everything was really clear in terms of how we wanted things to run. Luisa was absolutely fab on the day, we were so happy to have her there and were so pleased we decided to have her play for the ceremony and drinks reception - would highly recommend Luisa-Maria."

"My birthday ceilidh was extremely enjoyable and the band played a large part in setting and sustaining a lively and very jolly atmosphere! It certainly wasn't hard to get people on their feet and dancing and Alan's calling was clear and simple enough to follow, though, of course, not everyone managed to do so absolutely all the time. "The best night ever!! Everyone said it was the best night out and the most fun they'd ever had. Tom and the boys were brilliant and a great deal of patience when we were doing the wrong steps. The dance floor was full of guests all night. We would highly recommend these guys and really appreciate the journey they made to come all the way down to us in Lincolnshire. "Very many thanks to FOB. You were awesome! At the Reel club ceilidh last Monday, there was a great band, and enthusiastic dancers, but very few of them, which seemed a poor omen. However, I needn't have worried – what a contrast last night! More than double the numbers, a complete sell out! A great start to the year, with lots of freshers having a fantastic time, dancing to your music. Many thanks from me and the Round."

"The band set up according to the plan that had been agreed and once the music got underway, the dance floor was packed for the whole night. Some of our guests had never been to this type of evening before and all we had back was extremely positive comments about the band and of the whole evening, which was to celebrate our daughter’s 30th Birthday. The band was an integral part of the night and made the night go with a swing. Well worth the 5***** GEOFF WARNER"

"Huw was a fantastic addition to our wedding and I'm really glad that we chose him to entertain our guests during the wedding reception and breakfast. He is extremely talented, yet unassuming at the same time. We had many positive comments about Huw throughout the day and I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody who is considering an acoustic guitarist for their big day."
