"Arrived on time and had set up as instructed. Dress code was very good and very appropriate for my father's funeral. The capability of the duo was excellent, and was played with feeling, all round was excellent, couldn't fault them."

"I always love watching the Kindred Spirit Duo playing a gig, because their brilliant folk-rock/pop covers never fail to get me and my friends up dancing the night away. They play a great selection of songs and every one seems to be my favourite, Elaine's vocals and guitar playing are superb and Martin is a virtuoso on the electric violin. They both have great personalities and stage presence and are highly recommended by me :-)"

"We hired the Edinburgh Ceilidh Trio for our wedding and they were fantastic, we had 3 hours of playing and I don't think the dance floor was empty once. They were great at explaining the dances to the guests, allowing them to quickly learn the dances and have a go. Many of the guests - most of which had never done a ceilidh before - all reported how much fun they had. "

"Massive shout out to these guys.....they were fab! Played at my wedding last month after it being postponed previously due to Covid & during the last 2 years they have been a pleasure to liase with, so likeable & down to earth, with great sense of humours!!!! Very talented group of lads with amazing vocals from Steve the lead singer AKA Bocelli!!!!!! Who sang our first dance song which was Perfect!!! :) Couldn't recommend them higher enough......so much so I might have to start planning another wedding so I can have them play again!! "Well, we went along to the Clutha benefit gig in The Classic Grand, there were such a choice of great bands to choose from on 2 floors, The Mrs & I were downstairs as it was mostly rock bands and we had a seat, so the bands changed again & again until I heard the next band was a Ceilidh band, quite a few were looking around sort of laughing as if how’s this gonna fit in with the night, so there's now quite a few people sitting down waiting, so on comes as expected the usual accordion, fiddle,drummer & guitarist set up, and then it began, the accordion started then in came the fiddle then this electric rock guitar and ass-kicking rock drum beat, and low and behold before you know it everybody's on their feet standing poking their heads up and down to see who the hell was making this amazingly blended sound of rock & Scottish folk, the accordion player’s fingers were impossible to track as they rolled up and down the board, and the fiddle was just about glowing to match, topped off with a great guitar and drums, with bits of Pink Floyd through to Miley Cyrus flung in, hard to believe but true, and all served up for your ears to savour at 100 mph, the whole place became electric, it was amazing to listen to and stunning to watch, I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this band, We got talking to David (the accordion player) and his family afterwards and found him such a laugh & such a nice family, highlight of the night, so thanks to The Shooglers your time & talent is very well spent and it shows cheers. "

"We wish to thank you all for such a wonderful evening on Saturday. Several people have asked us for your details. We have been asked if we'll have another barn dance in 10 years time. However, one dear work colleague suggested we hold another more quickly for my retirement... and it was suggested in two weeks time...!!!! We had so many phone calls the next day saying how much people enjoyed themselves."

"Rejigged at my 30th birthday party Thank you so much to Rejigged band who absolutely made our birthday party come to life - everyone left with beaming smiles on their faces. The caller had great energy and encouraged us all out onto the dance floor with good humour, even the shy ones got up and danced! The band were really organised and communicated well before the event. We had such fun stomping around the hall that we actually damaged the ceiling of the room below! Great range of tunes and dances, very jolly all round. Would recommend! Florence 14th March 2020 Chichester Hall Sandgate. "
