"We hired this band for my mum's 60th birthday hoedown, and they were absolutely outstanding! From the moment they started, they set the perfect vibe for the party. Their use of various instruments added a fantastic depth to the performance, and they kept everyone on their feet with line dancing that was so much fun. The entertainment package they provided went beyond our expectations, with a perfect mix of lively tunes and great energy. They truly made the party unforgettable. Highly recommend them for any event – they know how to get the crowd going and ensure everyone has a blast!"

"Black Velvet Band Irish Band were excellent and really added to our Irish themed evening. Lots of very traditional music. The guys were very flexible and last minute added in a Ceili set without prior knowledge which was appreciated by all and added to the fun of the evening. Very highly recommended."

"We went along to the album launch. It was a fantastic evening. Her songs are catchy and extremely well written with either acoustic guitar or whole band accompaniment. Rachel has a very versatile voice and she can sing a variety of styles. She also does covers and has an enormous number of songs in her sets. Something to suit every age group and occasion, from weddings and birthday parties to restaurants and bars. An exceptional artist! "

"We had an excellent Golden Wedding Anniversary celebration with Barn With Us. Everyone had an hilarious time dancing. Gordon our call master was so patient and friendly guiding us through the dances. It was lovely to have a lively professional band. Everyone said they would do it again - even the younger ones! "The Blue Jewel Ceilidh band played at our rugby club on Friday 13th Feb. Although we didn't have a great turnout to the event, Steve took control of the limited numbers and was still able to make the night work. Everyone who came said how much fun they had had and can't wait for the next one. Steve's calling was clear and the music played was brilliant. I would highly recommend these guys for a fun night, no issues and Steve keeps you updated via email. Thanks Steve, Aaron and Mike for travelling so far to make our night so much fun! Leanne"
